Stopped in to get two bagels with cream cheese on a Saturday morning. Three people in front of us in line to order, and at least half a dozen waiting for their order. The one staff member seemed very overwhelmed. After taking the order of the person in front of us, she had her staff stop taking any new orders so they could 'catch up'. This was only overheard as we waited with no acknowledgement. We waited at least 15-20 minutes and honestly should have just left. This location needs customer service training and processes in place so everyone knows their role. Bagels were good though. Just not worth the wait. Hopefully this was an "off" day. Had a very bad experience this morning. I ordered online and recieved two burnt bagels. What a waste of money when you pay about $3 per bagel. Attached is a pick of green chilli bagel. Moreover, they didn’t even pack the chocolate chip muffin that I had paid for. When I called them about it they asked that I come back to store take it. So unprofessional!! Terrible service! Not going back here.
