I ordered boost for pick up at 1:40pm and came at 2:03. They locked the doors and no one would let me in to pick up the order I already paid for.

I got the apple wood bacon and I realized as I was eating it like shouldnt the cheese be melted? And what makes it applewood, so then I look up a picture of the sandwhich how it should look and i got a plain bun and no melted cheese. Literally it was a plain bagel slice of cheese and 2 bacon slices. And I went back to see who made it and her name tag said anika j. Hopefully next time it can be made right.... it's my 2nd time here and it was a disappointment
