Cozy environment, high quality spirits, innovative and well balanced drinks. The daiquiri I had was sweet and tart and didn’t have the slight burn that usually follows a spirits-forward drink. If you are looking for an intimate experience without the awkwardness of uppity quietness, this is the perfect place.

Very creative cocktails and a cozy atmosphere. Their rums, whiskeys, vodkas and other offerings are excellent and I would put them up against some of the well known liquors. Great job gentleman!

The menu is wild. You just have to experience the cocktails. Very sophisticated cocktails in a very relaxed ”we've got games, and ramen, and sht" atmosphere. My new favorite bar.

Was gifted a cocktail making course at Echo Distillery for Christmas & it turned out to be a great experience! Derek was very friendly & knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the class and we will be returning in the future for some of their signature drinks.

A hidden gem! A small, cozy place with friendly vibes and excellent drinks. The bartenders are friendly and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. Every cocktail is an experience here, in the best way.

Bartenders are awesome. Derek is very knowledgeable about his cocktails. The cocktail options are vast and creative. The pocket cocktails are very cool, snaquiri was delicious. Prices reflect the quality and you’re supporting a great local business. Good atmosphere. After reading other reviews, its obvious some people don’t disclose the entire story when leaving their review. Some people are very entitled, the staff was wonderful our first visit. The owners obviously care a lot about their business, as they should. Will definitely be back for the Columbus Distillery Trail.

Cute small bar with a cozy vibe. Outdoor seating is nice but on the road. Gin has a lot of juniper, more traditional but a bit astringent. The rum was OK. Drinks were decent but not great and a bit pricey at 13 or 14. Small parking lot available.

Love it Jesse bar tender took really good care of us. Great place drinks are so yummy. I got the Flaquito's Cafecito was perfect Jesse suggested that for my taste. My hubby got Manhattan super cool the way they serve it.

Always a fun time at Echo! The drinks are so unique and delicious! The bartenders are super knowledgeable and provide personalized service as well. This is always my favorite place to celebrate the end of a long week with friends!

4 things stand out about this tour: 1. Dan (2nd tour - killed it) 2. Rye Whiskey 3. Spiced Rum (you better get yourself some because this stuff is incredible.) 4. Pineapple Rum (that taste like real pineapple not syrupy sugar nastiness) Great tour, great spirits, great atmosphere. GO!
