Went in for a cold brewed coffee cream is very sweet and the coffee is popping with flavor. Nice coffee selection the witch to choose from that you could take to your home for enjoyment. While you're here, be sure to join the Duncan's reward club for some added bonuses. Have a seat. Enjoy a cup of brew and stream and charge your phone while you're here. I wrote a 1 star review a couple years ago. Since then the entire staff has changed and I've noticed a huge improvement in the quality of customer service. Ive been to many many Dunkin Donuts and this one in Branson SUCKS!!! Donuts were the only thing good. Ordered a caramel iced latte, came with no cream and caramel on top. Lady sitting in an office chair to take orders, being rude to others. Big guy is very rude and they bicker back and forth with each other and the other employees. Sitting in here still just listening to them. It's ridiculous!!!!! How in the world is this place still open?!?!?!?! We will not be back. Do better Dunkin!!!!! Love the donuts here. They do need to add a bit more staff- if more than a couple people are here they cN be slow but it's usually because they just don't have enough workers! Maybe and just maybe they might make a smoothie 1 out of 5 times that you order one. It either we don't have the stuff the machine is broken or short staff and can't do it. For being a donut place they hardly ever have donuts at 1:30 in the afternoon. Should just be Baskins.

I have never in my life see any employees sit in the chair and roll around and get what you need.. the one doing this looked at me when I got to the register I told her what I wanted she never said hello nothing just looked at me like I was the problem..then the big guy was yelling at another employee about getting back to the kitchen but never said a word about the one just rolling around in the office chair..so when I looked at the one rolling around I was going to say get up and take care of your customers..but before I did she got up because another customer was angry because he never got half his order..this was my first and last time ever coming here..very sad and very disrespectful place Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I confused the spiced cookie and the cookie butter syrups. Not knowing the cookie butter was a cold brew, and almond milk was one dollar. The regular coffee is 2.89 the cold brew is 4.98. Not at all what I asked for. Instead of clarifying my confusion, he just told me “the Taxes are high we have to pay for them too”. They also didn’t even have decaf coffee. What kind of coffee shop doesn’t have decaf coffee. I know customers like me can be confused and get the wrong thing, but if I keep telling you that’s not right obviously something isn’t adding up.
