Eating nicely cooked doughnuts is a pleasant experience here. This restaurant offers delicious iced coffee among its drinks. Visitors don't highly appreciate egg sandwiches at Dunkin'. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, the real drawback is adequate prices. The enjoyable atmosphere is to be found here. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

I just wanted to 2 sausage patties on a croissant and I get one sausage patty on a completely Halo croissant that's completely soggy. And I ordered a latte and I was charged a latte and still got a plan coffee with just some milk throw in. Just adding milk don't make it a latte. The selection was limited and some felt remotely fresh vs a few that were in need of switching out . In lieu of certain donuts, they were switched out to valentine ones which was understandable with the "holiday " approaching , yet the others weren't offered and they just didn't seem worth the money on something smaller than the usual . The lady at the counter wasn't very friendly and looked as if she was having a bad day . Aside from that, place was clean ,service perfunctory and donuts ..decent. If I could give them negative stars I would. This Dunkin is SO DARN SLOW. Literally, don’t go here unless you have an HOUR to spare before work. The lines are excessive and whenever I order food; it’s mediocre effort. Hashbrowns still frozen in the middle, I can literally taste it. My bacon and egg and cheese wraps are just as bad. It’ll come strewn everywhere and coming apart, almost like they just threw it in the oven and didn’t bother making a sandwich. Also; THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED. DONT waste your time here. We went on a SATURDAY at 6 PM and they were CLOSED! Are you serious? Sometimes they were closed even by 8 pm. Either they need to be evaluated or shut down. Worst service imaginable. Please, save yourself time and energy and go elsewhere. This Dunkin needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Alright so my favorite drink from Dunkin is a frozen coffee. I’ve ordered it several times in the past. The past 3 times I’ve ordered one I have received a frozen chocolate, I asked for a pumpkin spice frozen coffee. Somehow wound up with a frozen chocolate. Second time, they gave me something that was not frozen, tasted like pure syrup, it was literally not edible. Threw it away. Today, I ordered a “large vanilla frozen coffee.” What I received was a vanilla bean coolata. Frozen coffees, frozen chocolates, and coolatas are 3 different menu items. Like a latte, cappuccino, and macchiato are all different things. Please train your employees on your menu items because they seem to just be making whatever they want.

i ordered a hot coffee and they gave me an iced so i asked to get it fixed and they poured out all the ice and put the rest of the coffee into a hot cup. i’ve ordered this drink enough to know that it should be hot to the touch not cold. i then went inside to ask for them to just make it fresh and they refused. i will never be going back here again. here is a photo of the sticker they peeling off the iced drink and just put on this cup.

Took 10 mins to get the register to work but didn't acknowledge I was standing there waiting. Manager walks up angry to fix it and never acknowledges me. Then charged me 15% more than the menu price. The person running the register simply states the prices are going up and that he is new. They didn't even have the lights on in the restaurant at 7 in the morning. The absolute worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life not one person working there deserves 15 bucks a hour not only did they get my drink wrong the got the entire order wrong and the cherry on top was so the 22 minute wait in drive thru Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
