Decided to get sesame bagels with my mom after food shopping, and they were like hockey pucks! My mom ended up throwing part of hers out they were so hard. Never again.

The one and only employee in the AM has such an attitude problem. She makes my coffee too light frequently and I feel I can't ask her to remake as she gives such an attitude. I would avoid this location. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

I order from this establishment a lot! Employees are great! I haven't ordered in a while since this pandemic, but wanted to treat my family today and it turned out that I paid a lot of money $51 for a nightmare! I had two different orders, one on the app ( food) and the other ( drinks) over the phone as the app is very limited on how you can customize your order. The employee was very nice to take my order over the phone and I went over it three times! Two of the drinks had no whipped cream which I can live without, but the one drink the frozen chocolate had coffee in it where it was not supposed to! That was for a family member and was upsetting for them. The food I ordered through the app was hard , some not what I ordered and tasted disgusting! Overall, a nightmare! First off the employee was very overwhelmed by themselves not just with my oder but with other customers as well! There should be more than one employee there on all shifts! I work for the food service industry and know how hard it is! All companies do this to there employees and it terrible, shame on the companies not the employee who is trying there best!

The older lady at the window was very sweet trying to do her job and she has no headset which isn’t her fault or why I’m writing. The management is barley helping the woman instead shutting across the room. The manager said I never told them I ordered through the app at drive through and I did. I spoke to a guy. Obviously there’s no communication. That poor old woman had to deal with all that craziness and she didn’t deserve it. Her shutting at her across the room was disrespectful. Let’s hope the coffees

Don't get coffee or latte after 8:00pm when they close at 9. They won't make it for you and they won't be too nice either. Morning crew is good. Stay away in the evening.
