I ordered large iced matcha latte, she made a medium size. I explained them that i said Large. Paid extra money and they added extra ice. Bad experience, she is so rude. Dont rude to the customer. I recommend dont go there

Bad experience!!!! My matcha latte full of ice ! So much went I drinking it was already half ! Of cup 🥤 im not going to this place anymore! Bad customer service woman there hang up the phone rude ! This Dunkin gave both my fiancé and I expired milk as it was our first meal of the day yesterday and we both became instantly sick. We had a coffee and some matcha. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Took almost ten minutes for my iced coffee and food order. After taking my order my iced coffee was ready immediately, but had a burnt taste to it, like the coffee was overdone. I then had to ask them to make my food a few minutes later. The cashier was rushing me along and helping customers out of order in line. Doesn’t seem to be very well run. My food was great, the coffee and experience were not.

I love Dunkin Donuts. There seems to be a big turn over of employees at this store. Most are rude, especially the morning staff. The last time I did drive thru the girl handed me my stuff and didn't even talk or look me in my face. That was it for me. It's 3 minutes from my home,but I'll drive out of my way to avoid the pure service and bad attitudes. I found it crazy that I ordered 3 specialty drinks,donuts and diet coke. When I asked for a small cup of ice for my diet coke, they wanted to charge me 🙄

Great fresh donuts. The coolatas are delish. The staff is courteous and efficient. It's always busy at this location; the drive through is always packed so I recommend walking inside to place your order. Black coffee doesn't taste too well in my opinion.
