I tried this Dunkin three times in hope they we will get better since it is close to my house. The first time I ordered breakfast sandwiches and didn't realize till I got home that they were very burnt. Next time I went in the morning and hours said they were open but no one was there. This time the lobby wasn't open so I had to use the drive through. All the frosted doughnuts did not have sprinkles that were supposed to. They were put of munchkins and the majority of doughnuts even they had just opened. Asked for vanilla creeme, when i got home and took a bite realized t was the wrong doughnut. It was filled with some fruit jelly. They also burnt my grilled cheese to the point that I could not eat it. I have now went through this drive through multiple times and the experience ALWAYS puts a smile on my face! The people who work here are truly so sweet! They are always giving compliments, greeting you with big smiles and the customer service is just over the top amazing! I have found myself now driving out of my work route to Estes Park, to make a stop here, rather then some of the other coffee competitors that are on my way because I know the staff here will help me start my day bright. Thank you Dunkin staff for always going above and beyond and starting my mornings off so beautifully! :) <3 I hope the managers and higher ups recognize how wonderful their staff are! The donuts pictured were selected by this location’s staff at random despite what we originally ordered, but they had a certain visual appeal to them upon pickup. I photographed them while waiting roughly 20 minutes for the rest of our order (two drinks). The baristas on shift that morning were sweet at the window though. The food was subpar otherwise for what we were given (they were out of stock of most items by 9am & didn’t say anything about the issue of our order having completely different menu items) plus the drinks were hit or miss. To highlight something that they did hit the mark on, I must review one of their impeccable drinks. Dunkin’ makes a simple yet deliciously adequate Iced Matcha Latte that resembles matcha ice cream but without all of the sweetness! It’s less intense of an earthy flavor that you might taste in other renditions of matcha beverages. Plus, while my dairy choice may have subdued the slightly bitter flavor, it did make the drink enjoyably creamy. For a fast-food breakfast/coffee chain, I’d say they nail this refreshing drink! I've gone Both Monday October 23rd and Tuesday October 24th! The 2 new ladies working there are amazing! From the kind voice on the box to hooking me up with extra donuts and Yesterday I had the best coffee I've had in my life. It was PERFECT! super impressed with the new staff! I had originally asked for easy ice and received this much. I even told one of the baristas and she said if she takes the ice out that the drink is going to just keep dropping so i asked if she could just add more drink and she refused to. Usually Dunkin’ donuts is a hit or miss but…no one ever told me how great the service is at this establishment. I had a wonderful conversation with some staff while drink was being made. That just made my day better knowing that they actually cared about us customers. If there was any minor inconvenience they were easy to solve the solution in the best possible way. I <3 Dunkin! How is this business still open? They are always out of what I want. Went today and they are out of iced coffee and had no Jelly donuts. It’s 10am what gives? Also, the place is pretty dirty, there is a ton of dust on the beams and lights in the dining area. The windows do get cleaned, nor does the counter behind the coffee machines. It’s clear the owner doesn’t pay any attention to this business and really should consider closing it.

After school my 6 year old casually mentioned how he was craving a donut so I decided to treat him to his little craving as a treat. I wasn't expecting too many things to be available considering the time of day but we parked and went inside so he could shop with his eyes. As soon as we walked in we were verbally greeted by three very friendly younger employees; that was a lovely gesture that I hadn't experienced before! The inside of the store was clean and we were waited on almost immediately after reaching the counter. I don't know if management has recently changed or what but this experience was the best we've had here! They thanked me and even made a point to engage with my son, which really touched my heart (he has autism and tends to be more on the quiet side, especially around strangers). I just wanted to give a special shoutout to the employees that helped us, they should be involved in helping train new employees if they aren't already and should be rewarded for going above and beyond! Thank you, Lacey, Eleana, & Amy! You are all a fantastic representation of your company brand and just overall great human beings! Thank You!
