I pulled thru the drive thru at 1 36 pm, i ordered a large toasted almond coffee extra cream extra sugar. They asked if i would pull around for the total... no problem. I waited, i waited, i waited, behind 2 cars. 3 cars behind me, i was pretty pinned as i drive an oversized vehicle, i get to the window and the young man says " whatcha order"? Really? I gave him my order and rang me out, at this time it is 1:53, i was annoyed but really wanted my coffee for my 12 hour shift ahead of me. I see bo him prepare my cream, sugar, and flavor shots, walks over to the coffee maker and noticed it was empty and beGAN to BREW more, REALLY! LIKE HE COULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES IN LINE! My coffee finally comes and i storm off trying to make it to work on time and it was by far the worst coffee I've had from dunkin. I can't say all dunkins are terrible but that one was horrible. They make the dunkin name shameful. I wish i could take away that 1 star because it forcing me to be dishonest with my experience. Zero stars

I went to Dunkin' Donuts and I ordered a large coffee. Thank you, they gave me a small. We had to wait for our order. Because they were doing the people behind us. Order first before they handed us our order. And then I told her I was not willing to wait any longer. And she burn my hand with the coffee. Very rude people.

Always takes forever to even have my order taken by usually a snotty person that can't be bothered to put down their phone to take my order food takes 15-20 min on regular sandwich items. Waste a whole lunch break to get service with an attitude not happy!!!

Rudest workers ever. After literally being jn the drive thru for 25 minutes, my order was wrong, I started to ask about it and the girl working there screamed at me about how she is working alone and that it is really busy and she didn't put my cream chese on the bagel bc of it ( not only item that was wrong 2 additional items were wrong too). Then when she came back to hand me my cream cheese she said when you call to complain my name is... it was awful. I will NEVER return to this location. In addition to this they close whenever they want, I tried to stop 20 mins before closing they were closed. My dad tried twice during their regular hours for them to be closed. They are lucky to be one of only a few options in a small town and that is the only reason they get any business.

I was reminded today why Tim Horton's is better. Door Dash order was COMPLETELY screwed up. They do this everytime. Never again will I order from this place. Absolutely rude and disrespectful employees.

This is the reason I stopped being a regular customer at Dunkin’ Donuts. Because they suck. It’s noon and there’s no donuts. When I ask when they’ll have more donuts they say they won’t. I asked her what time they close. Lady behind the counter said 8 o’clock. So no donuts between noon and 8 o’clock. They need to change their name to Dunkin Sometimes Donuts.
Stopped for breakfast and coffee, ordered one hot coffee, one iced, and 2 sandwiches. Guy took our order in the drive thru, we get up to the window and a girl comes up 5 minutes later with our sandwiches. We didn’t leave because we were still waiting for our coffees. She came back and asked what we ordered and then said they were out of iced coffee and to wait in front of the building. Waited a total of 40 minutes to place the order, get to the window and waiting for a coffee we never received before we left and went to Tim Hortons. I used to love this location but seems like it’s really gone downhill. Not only were the workers flustered and confused he but there were like 20 cups in the back half done or waiting to be filled or garbage and nobody knew what was going on. There were 2 cars parked out front and 2 cars in the drive thru including myself.

Entering the store, all I could smell was something burning. The lady ahead of me had been waiting 5 minutes just to place her order, the cashier was very rude to both her and myself. I ordered an iced coffee and a doughnut. My iced coffee was more water than coffee. No napkins and the dining area was not clean.
I doubt that I will go back.
