It’s absolutely insane to have people waiting in your drive thru for 30 minutes at 6 AM, and not even address it, apologize,…. Once in the drive thru , you cannot leave. You’re trapped - and for 30 minutes? 5 min is too long for a drive thru the majority of the time. At the very least you should be apologizing for holding people hostage and acknowledge how crazy it is to be this slow and behind. A bit of acknowledgement can go a long way. The staff needs more support, not fair to them Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

This place needs to Learn how to make a good hot coco and hot tea because the hot tea and the hot coco I got was completely disgusting water down hot coco and tea tasted like coffee with tea in it like gross I will not be going there again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been going there 10 years, never had a problem till recently. Short brunette lady with glasses gave me an attitude about it not being open 24 hours and in the same manic discussion (with herself) pointed out the website says 24 hours. Next day she deliberately gives me the wrong food and glares at me smiling as I leave, only to find out later the food was incorrect. Sorry but you lost a customer, at least for a couple of years. I'll gladly drive a different route and visit a different D&D as we all know they're locations are every 5 miles.

Perfect Dunkin run. Everything was correct, coffees were made exceptionally well, definitely worth the stop! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is consistently the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Tonight around 4:15 pm I waited 10 mins at the drive thru with no answer. There was no one ahead of me in line and one customer in the store. I drove off without ever talking to anyone. Similar to other reviews, I've previously sat in the drive thru for 30 mins+ without being able to leave due to how it's setup. Even on the rare chances I actually get my order, the food is frequently not fresh or cold. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other Dunkins in the area a few mins down the road. It will save you time and frustration. I'm not sure who owns this location but it is so poorly run I am in awe everytime I go. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used the drive-thru for quick service. Sat at the window for five minutes before getting someone’s attention to inquire what was going on. Rude young lady informed me she was busy making food and what did I want her to do? Explained about my wait but she continued to escalate than inquired if I wanted the manager, to which I replied yes. In the meantime a young man brought my coffee and manger never came to speak to me!! Never using that store again!

I wish I could give a -1 star as this is one of the worst Dunkins around. I have sat in line for 30 minutes at a time at the drive-thru, so I started to use mobile order. Well everytime I place a mobile order and by the time I get there it is not ready so I have to say something to the guy with long red hair and he looks at me like I have 10 heads. I should not have to wait when I placed my order 10 minutes ago. Also I went in there today and I don't know what happened to there bottom counter but the wall was off and I saw fungus growing on the floor eith ehite fuzzy stuffand that is gross. This place should be shut down. Definitely not going back here again after seeing that. Service Take out

This dunkin has not been 24 hours in over a year yet at the time im writing continues to advertise that they are both on google and the dunkin website. Don’t go here past 9pm unless you want to be disapointed.

Extremely slow service and when you're stuck in line, there's no escape. Rude service from most employees. They seem inconvenienced by doing their jobs. Iced and hot coffee watered down. Go to Westcott road or Putnam Providence Pike Dunkin' instead.
