2 coffees and a sourdough sandwich, 15 dollars. I got stale coffee and an uncooked sandwich. I was told I could get a replacement. When I arrived, I was treated horribly. I got the replacement. I was suspicious bc of the way the the whole dunkon crew was staring at me, when I checked my sandwich there was a bite taken out of the egg. It was shocking, I'll be bringing in a picture to show whatever manager I need to. Seriously disgusting, I would never go back. They mess with your food here. Food: 1 Service: 1

They gave me the wrong coffee. I called. It was in my phone log. I told the lady I'd be back the next day as I was working 16 hrs. They really tried to make me prove it when I handed them a full coffee. The second coffee was nasty as if they were upset to replace it. I went to another Dunkin and the coffee is correct. This is a Ramadan staple for us because its open 24hours. I have to say theyve come w long way. Last year the lady at the register would pick a fight with us during every encounter and was so stingy-like every ice cube and pump of flavoring was coming out of her paycheck. The lady at the window now is so pleasant and cheery, we are usually ordering at least 8 coffees for the entire family and she remains patient. The coffees usually all taste good, but there are definitely off days. So consistency is definitely something they need to work on, but overall they get the most improved award

Horrible service. We ordered an ice macchiato with less ice and an extra shot of espresso and when we got it. It was mostly filled with milk. When I went in to say something I was screamed at and told that I shouldn’t complain because it was a “free drink” ( we had used our points to purchase it, the points built up from previous purchases. Then she told me if I want it remade with less ice I would have to pay $1 to do this. When I just laughed at her she finally said ok fine I can put one more shot into your drink but I’m not remaking it. It’s astounding how this place still has customers.
