It actually really sucks that this is how I feel about this place now because it used to be my favorite place to get coffee on the daily. Now, I stop by maybe once every two weeks or so and they ALWAYS mess up my order. There is no repeating. Rarely any totals given—which never seem consistent. And like I said, my coffee is NEVER how I ask for it. It could be the milk used or the flavor…but it’s always screwed up. I also feel like the person at the window shouldn’t look absolutely miserable with their life or I dunno…respond to the customer when asked how they’re doing or just regular small talk as Im giving you money. Just my thoughts. And regular experience. There’s maybe one employee that I’d recognize that never messed up my order, repeats my order, and is very friendly. I have been visiting Gulfport for about 4 days now and have visited this Dunkin everyday. I am new to Dunkin as there isn't one where I live. I must say this store does need some better seating. However, the workers were all so friendly and food was great. Most of all I have discovered a new favorite drink and they have made it superbly consistently. Thank you Gulfport Dunkin. We just went though this location and the lady tending the window and speaker never once gave us a total. We got to the window and she held out her hand for our card still not telling a total nor greeting us. She then handed back the card without a receipt, we are still unsure what we just got charged for. It shouldn't be the customers responsibility to ask for this information. Maybe some of their other coffee is good, but not the Iced Latte. Anytime you get it here it's always 80% milk, and tastes like you're drinking milk with a hint of the Latte. It's always the worst. Wish I could give zero stars. Service… or lack of servic… was disgusting. We went inside to order and stood at the counter for over five minutes without either of the two workers speaking a word to us. A simple, “be with you in a moment” would have sufficed. There was a lady waiting for a mobile order that probably should have been ready already… she looked quite annoyed as well… We get it… the drive through line was busy, they were working on a mobile order, etc… We can completely understand that, and it’s not the waiting that is so bothersome. The problem is the complete lack of customer service and downright rudeness of the girl who took our order. She walked to the counter, didn’t speak a word to us, took the order and then just looked at me. She couldn’t even bother herself to give me my total. I squinted at the digital display of the cash register and asked “$10.03?” and she shook her head yes. That’s it. Nothing more. She then brings my order out and does not say a word. I told her “thank you”… and still nothing. I say “thank you” again… Nothing. I told her “thank you” a third time and she finally mutters “you’re welcome”… although, I obviously was in fact NOT welcome! Ridiculous! This was the absolute worst DD experience ever. I understand that finding good help is hard these days, but maybe a little training would go a long way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Potatoes were so soggy and tasted…well, strange. The coffee was 90% milk. The donuts were pretty standard for Dunkin. Not my favorite, but they were pretty consistent with other donuts I’ve had from other Dunkin locations. The girl practically flew accross the counter to pull our card out of the chip reader because my boys grabbed a drink out of the cooler after she had rung up the total. I asked if it was okay just to pay separately because I thought she was going to fly over the countertop. It was really strange. And lastly—every single menu screen inside was out. HDMI connection codes were displayed all over each screen, so you couldn’t see a menu to order. Save your money, your time, and your tastebuds! Store was filty, went there to have business meeting with 2 others while drinking coffee. The store had everything blocked off with Halloween stuff. Walked in & felt uncomfortable, was not greeted coming in, yet turned around to leave, then was told to have nice day . We went to Cracker Barrel with employees greet customers, good customer service, good atmosphere. Worst dunkin donut ever been too. Very disappointing Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My first time in this store was almost my last... the young ladies behind the counter were beyond rude. I decided eventually to go try again cause I love my Dunkin. Those ladies are gone, and the food, drinks, and service are nothing short of amazing!
