Guests enjoy the sights of Lincoln Children's Museum and book a table for nice dishes here. Good doughnuts are the best dishes. Clients don't highly appreciate iced coffee at this restaurant. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Dunkin' is remarkable for its enjoyable service. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

At 2pm, and there were empty! No donuts, no nothing. What happened to I have to make the donuts. It seems to be a problem at all the dunkins I've been to in Nebraska... so frustrating. Please fix it! Food: 1 Service: 2

One of the employees asked the manager if he needed her to clock on & help since he was the only one there & backed up on orders.he very rudely said no not till 9am,like ur scheduled to do then even ruder told her to go sit somewhere till 9am...I won't be eating or drinking from here anymore with that type of management Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have never had a wrong order, mobile ordering works great if it’s busy. They only have one or two people working and yet I’ve never had to wait for a drink for than 5 minutes. You guys are the best of you take away my campus Dunkin and make me have to deal with the fools at Starbucks imma go insane

This location used to be great! The workers were consistently courteous and made things as ordered. But, this summer it has really gone downhill. Yesterday, Saturday June 10, the espresso machine and frozen machine were both down so only iced coffees could be made. Usually not a problem, equipment malfunctions happen, but a sign to indicate this could mitigate frustration as I waited in line for several minutes only to be told that they couldn't make my order because their machines were down. Secondly, today, Sunday June 11, I went up to the counter at 5:43 pm (This location closes at 6pm on Sundays) and ordered frozen hot chocolate and a donut. I was told everything was shut down and I could again only order iced coffee. This was concerning, because there was no signage to indicate you have to get your order in some large amount of time in before closing. This location is inside the student learning commons at UNL - I purposefully waited to near closing (with still more than 15 minute buffer!) to get my last drink before they closed for the night. But, I was sorely disappointed. The employee for both days was Robert B.
