We LOVED this place! We have been trying to find out a traditional burger with an amazing tasty! This Bourbon pub burger is exactly that: cheese, burger, bacon, lettuce, mayo and tomato. This mayo, btw, is SO GOOD! The sweet potato fries is for those who like salt-sweet food, very crispy and delicious!
My husband order an additional patty, that is a great option for $6.
This non alcoholic drink is also great! We shared one and it was great!
Axel R was our waitress and he was very helpful and friendly! We loved his service 10/10!!!

The food here is amazing and the service is top notch. The only downside is if you do not have a reservation its usually a long wait and sometimes so crowded you can't even walk into the bar. As of food quality, I feel it is Appleton's best for contemporary cuisine. The drinks are also inventive and high end.

Waitress was great, Hostesses not as much. Needed low top seating. Understandably, we had to wait for the rest of our party. However, when we were all there, They kept on seating other people first, which turned into an extra 20-30 minute wait. A few times They checked to see if all our party was with us. But then, when they started getting busy (when the group was all there), it's like they forgot about us. That some were seated at low top seating. All in all turned out to be a decent dinner.

Overall great experience. Good cocktails, service, and atmosphere. Burgers were done perfect, tuna tartar was beautiful and amazing. Unfortunately, the pork chop looked great but was a bit dry, and the risotto also a bit disappointing for the price. Possibly due to being a larger group?

We arrived at 7 and had a bit of a wait. Once the food arrived we could see why. The plating was like something you would see in a top restaurant in Chicago. You can’t go wrong with their candied bacon. I got the wagyu steak and blue salad and it was top notch. We will make the trip back.

Harold the opportunity to visit Draft Gastropub for lunch, one afternoon on a business trip. I’m so glad my colleague suggested this place. We had such a pleasant lunch. The atmosphere was great, very laid back and low key place. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was very help and knowledgeable on what was on their menu. The food was outstanding too. I got a burger and cooked perfect along with the truffle fries.
Thank you so much for outstanding dinning experience Draft Gastropub Staff. Keep up the outstanding work. I hope I get to revisit and try something else of the menu. Until we meet again.

LOCATION: Located just a few minutes off hwy 41 in a multi business complex. Large parking lot with free parking.
FOOD/DRINKS: The menu was kind of all over the place with food options- Asian, American, bar food.. We started with the bam bam shrimp appetizer, and it was the best I've had. The shrimp were jumbo and not over done. Sauce had just enough heat to it. We also split the Sheboygan Burger which is a hamburger with a brat on top. Meat was seasoned and done to our liking. There was just a bit too much sauerkraut on it. The burger came with a side of fries. They were perfectly crispy. We only had the cucumber infused table water to drink which was great as well. Food was worth every penny.
SERVICE: Our waitress was very sweet and attentive.
OVERALL: Food is a bit pricey but worth it. The restaurant has an upscale vibe to it. There were a lot of work groups on lunch when we stopped in so people were dressed both casually and business casual. If I'm ever back in this area, I'd stop for a meal.

Bam Bam Shrimp
This was a very satisfying birthday dinner. We got lucky in that there were two dinner slots left for 5 person reservations, so definitely don't wait until the last minute if you want in on a Saturday! But the atmosphere was comfortable, yet elevated, the staff were all very nice and kind, and the food was excellent. All five of us were satisfied with everything we ate and drank, the proportions were perfect for everything, and there were options for things you just can't get much of here in the Fox Valley. We all left happy and full, and our dinner was worth every penny. We'll definitely be back!
