The drinks and food are epic. Music and environment is wonderful. We are so lucky to have this place in CR. We know the servers by name. Sometimes it's all about the service even if the food is good. Americans work very hard for their money. When you choose to eat out, you should be treated as a king and a queen, especially since you're giving your hard-earned money to someone else. The waiter knew we hadn't been there before and refused to explain the menu. They told me they didn't have lemons (but had a full bar w/ $20 drinks). Our Tinga Chips we're completely crushed except for the three whole ones that were sitting on the top hiding the crushed ones underneath. Two of the people at our table got their food, and we're almost finished before I got my food. The only reason I got my food was because I flagged down a waiter and asked for it. There was never an apology for anything. And they charge you extra money if you use a credit card. We found this out only by looking at the receipt. No one ever offered us the option to pay with cash. we didn't even read a caveat about the extra credit card charge on the menu. You can have good food. But if you treat people poorly, you definitely don't deserve more than one star. Overall, staff was incredibly unkind. It also wasn't overly busy when I was there. There was plenty of open seating. This place is spectacular! I've been wanting some made from scratch, innovative, fresh, amazing food and Dos Santos delivered. The environment and decor is awesome, the food was unbelievable, and the service from Mariah and her trusty trainee, Emily, was impeccable. I'm so thankful we found this spot and imagine many more days enjoying the creations they've invented for our enjoyment. We tried the chips and salsas, several tacos, hibiscus limeade, and the to die for flan. I'm overwhelmed with what to say because each item was so amazing - I'm at a loss for words and will try to find them for my next update. Give your mouth an adventure, your body a chill place to hang, and enjoy the outstanding service because you deserve it and this place is a gift to all of us! Round 2 was just as good as round 1. I love this place! Everything is always really flavorful, but I love adding the hot sauces. My favorite server Allie always makes sure everything is perfect! Wish they would bring in a vegan taco with tofu or something, but they always make do with what they have on hand. This was my first time in. We were greeted with a smile and sat right away. Take note that they only had small barstools that I could see at the tables. So, it's not ideal for some needing a back to a chair. Our server was great, and the food was pretty good. The chips and queso were excellent! The beef taco was a bit small and the flavor was definitely different. Had a little sweetness to it. Not my favorite. Overall, not a bad restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This is our number one spot for breakfast burritos in Castle Rock, and dare I say the entire metro area. Best around, hands down. My wife's favorite is the bacon burrito and I always opt for the chorizo and bacon option. Absolutely delicious! Both the sauces they serve with them are fantastic as well. Castle Rock location so far is well worth the time and trip if out of the area. The drinks are especially delicious (ask for spicy) the food is great. During happy hour you can walk out feeling amazing and full. Being a Texas taco guy I can say these are great …pricier then what I would see back home but delicious.
