So I ordered 2 garlic cheese knots with cheese last night at 6:08 pm. It said 25 to 35 minutes. The delivery driver dropped it off at 7:48. I did not take it out on the driver. I called the store and they pretty much just ignored everything I was saying. Y’all could have at least called me. I was on the phone canceling my order when he showed up. By far worst customer service ever. Btw I live 7 minutes away if they woulda calle me I would have went up there and got it. I like where it at but I’m straight beefing right now u might as well pull up at Pizza Hut or papa John’s around thomasville this food to greasy and bad I looked at the bottom of the pizza and felt disgusted I don’t leave reviews on things but I’m being so dead when I say this the worst food I had in awhile Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
Seems the order is always wrong or missing something. One pizza had been dropped. Cheesy bread I ordered 2 marinara sauces with it . Got none. I added jalapeños to a extravaganza got a jalapeños and cheese pizza.and my last pizza wasn't even cut. I understand the drivers can't double check the orders so this might be why . Regardless this is enough for me for awhile .
Called cause the app wasn’t letting me redeem my free pizza for ordering plenty of food from here before and they just said, well the app isn’t controlled by us and we can’t help with that, and then didn’t want to try to even offer to let me order food regardless of the app not working, and proceeded to hang up on me Edit: after talking to the manager yesterday everything was worked out and resolved

Got into town and checked in at hotel 5 minutes before closing. Order was still taken, baked perfect, and delivered within 15 minutes. Delivery driver Thomasa was punctual and very polite. Best possible experience and will definitely order again when I pass through
Ordered 3 different items all 3 items wrong. I called the store to let them know and the manager answered. She was extremely rude. One of the items I ordered waza 2 liter of soda and I got 3 20 Oz sodas. She said that was the same thing and anyone can do the math and that's definitely not the same thing. My pizza was wrong as well as my sandwich. She didn't care at all. Hung up on me and the next thing I noticed I received a message saying order canceled so I couldn't Report an issue online. I called back the next day and spoke with a man who was very professional and nice. He gave me the number to their district managers office. I attempted to call that office but no answer and no option to leave a vm. I called the Thomasville office back and the same woman answered the phone that I dealt with the day before. I briefly went over my issue and she said oh, yeah I remember you. Her excuse for her behavior was "we were really busy". I told her you are a manager that is absolutely no excuse for how you treat customers. She said she refunded my money back and I told her I hae not reseved anything. I placed that order on May 28th and it's now June 8th and still no refund. As a customer who orders from there very often I'm pretty simple and laid back. I understand mistakes happened but I felt as if Dominos stole from me and management showed their employees it's OK to treat customers the way I was treated and it's not. I am very disappointed in Dominos and plan on ordering my pizza from somewhere else from now on

Placed an online order. Tracker said it was in quality check for 30 minutes. I called the store and was assured it was out for delivery. Called back and the manager, Blake, said it was still there. They had no one to deliver. They said I could pick it up. At this point it had been 90 minutes and sitting for am hour. No, I do not want to pick up cold pizza. I asked why they could not have called an hour ago to let me know it could not be delivered. The manager said he did not have time for that. Will never order from Domino's again.
Ordered pizza and cheese bread online . Never got a message it was ready but I was in Walmart shopping anyway. Stopped in to pick up order and was told it was cancelled because it was so long since I ordered it . He said he could remake it so it was hot if I could wait . I said yes and came back after loading the car , the cheese bread was hot but the pizza was not .

I have never had a bad experience from this location! Staff is always friendly! And it’s right inside of Walmart!

Followed the order online... said Skylar was checking it for quality. Seemed like a long time to check-called the store employee had just got in I asked to speak to the manager-he came to the phone and answered "Manager" I asked him about his phone etiquette and he said that's how he answers and started with an attitude. I asked him again about his attitude and he hung up on me. I will NEVER order again from this location. I advise others not to order as well.
