Canceled my order because they have supposedly had prank orders and mine looked suspicious. We have a gluten intolerance and I ordered all gluten free pizzas. They are small pizzas as well. They did try to call first but I didn’t recognize the number. No message was left. I got a notice the order was cancelled and called. They weren’t apologetic or nice. I ended up calling again to make sure I would get my rewards points. She told me it was attached to my account and hung up on me. I have been buying pizza from this location for over a decade but I will no longer do so. This is NOT how you treat customers. I understand they have had problems but I did nothing to deserve the improper treatment. Do better!

I ordered 15 minutes before close. I try not to do this, but I got out of work late. I left a decent tip for the driver for ordering so late. My order got canceled. No attempt was made to reach out to me to explain the reason for the cancellation. I conveniently got a text right at closing time that my order was canceled so I couldn't call the store back. They did a huge carry out order for me this morning and were so polite and easy to work with. A great location and major thanks to the employees this morning, we had a lot of happy students thanks to the pizza you made!

I rate this specific store a 2 simply because of my last experience the delivery driver Michael was absolutely rude and very unprofessional, he was a bit confused with my address and when I approached him to receive my food he was very aggressive which ruined the whole experience for me. I usually have a great interaction with the delivery drivers but this was time was extremely disappointing
