After a long walk around Surf City Pier, go to this pizzeria and have a rest here. Many people say that you can try nicely cooked donair pizza, sandwiches and pan pizza here. Domino's Pizza is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Guests of this place state that they found prices fair. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Ordered for delivery a large two topping thin crust pizza and boneless chicken wings. Pizza was over done. Wings were no more than a chicken nuggets. Would not recommend this Dominos

Excellent!!! Its been 15 years since i ordered a Domino’s Pizza. This store in Surf City NC got it right! Hand tossed Pizza with Extra Cheese, Mushrooms, Hamburger and Spinach and it was made on time, quickly and tasted awesome. The two guys working at this store on a late Sunday evening we’re courteous, assertive and professional. Ill be back. Thank you very much :)

The old slim delivery man be shoving the damn receipt down your throat so you can tip him, after I specially have order “CONTACTLESS” it means leave my pizza and go. But he stands there with the damn receipt 🧾 until you come out. He knows I order contactless this man just tryna be slick and should be fired. Food: 4 Service: 1

I placed my order online over the weekend around 6PM and got my food in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate the person who made the pizzas and wings because it came out delicious with no problems! I do want to note that you should definitely order earlier since the day before wait time was over 2 HOURS around 8pm !!!

Terrible store. The girl that works at the register was so stupid told me one pizza and two drinks I said yes that’s right she said OK it’s $30 and I asked her again one pizza and two drinks a medium size pizza yes $30 then I end up giving my husband the card in the car. I come back in and she said oh I’m sorry I accidentally rang it up for two pizzas and two drinks that’s why it came to 30 she said we’ll do u want the 2 I said I don’t think my husband‘s gonna want two medium pizzas. I said let me go ask him and then he goes in and they were so stupid. The lady said it may take 5 to 7 business days this is retarded. It was her mistake they should give me my cash back right then.

Awful experience, zero stars. Waited over 2 hours for pizza. Tried calling several times with no answer. Finally drove over to get some answers. Was told I need to get on ‘beach time.’ I grew up here, so I know the pace of things. 2+ hours is not beach time. That’s lazy time. 3 workers in the store doing nothing when I arrived. I was told by the staff not to come back after telling them that this caused distress to my family as we were extremely hungry and didn’t know if pizzas would ever arrive since we could not reach the store by phone. Please do not order from here you will be very sorry that you did. I will be taking up a complaint with the chain as never have I ever had such a bad dominos experience. This place should be ashamed of themselves and shut down permanently. On the other hand It’s a great opportunity for a mom and pop shop to come in and take their business so please someone do just that. The island will thank you.

Some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, part of the order was missing, and what was delivered was messed up, ordered a hand tossed and received a thin crust. So my girl called up there to order a new one and was repeatedly hung up on. After the second time decided it would be best to give up due to the probability of them doing something to the food. I don't hold anything against the delivery driver but the manager was extremely rude and argumentative. Refusing to take the second order and fixing the first order. So be aware if you ever have a problem with this store and this manager.

Pizza is always cut poorly. Some tiny pieces, some huge. Missing part of our order. Called to ask where was the rest, and they said they were out. We asked why they still charged us, and we were hung up on. Very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service! Quoted 35-40 minutes, waited 1 hour 40 minutes. Missing 2 sides of dressing but charged anyway. Ordered 3 Caesar salads and charged for the dressing which should have come with the salads. And then charged for 3 sides of dressing we didn’t order and didn’t receive! Called to inform and were told they cannot credit us for a “small $ amount” and they would deliver the 3 packets of dressing (which we didn’t even order) if we’d like. This was after we were finished eating as we ate immediately after waiting so long. Super disappointing on our first night in town.
