Placed order at 5:26pm didn’t get delivered until 7pm. Left store at 5:52pm. This is the third time placing an order with this location and third time we are receiving ice cold pizza an hour after leaving the store. Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1

Our company was hosting an event on 10/20/23 with a quick location change due to the weather. The staff in this location did not hesitate to help us feed a large crowd at the last minute. I was amazed when I walked in to see how many orders the kitchen had on top of the 37 pizzas I had personally ordered. They were working in unison, without hesitation, and with great attitudes. They communicated efficiently about my order, and everything came out on time and perfectly. Thank you so much for helping to make our event a success. My Wife and I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of chicken wings last night using the online order at 5:45 pm. The food was ready at 5:58. We did not get our food delivered to us until 7:20. We called two times to find out what was going on and all we got was a rude employee telling us to be patient. My family and I will never order pizza from this place ever again. Had a wonderful experience picking up an order. Was greeted with respect and the most courteous manner! The store is very clean and it smells wonderful.

I order from dominos frequently. I always use the website. The website was not working. I called the restaurant. 20 minutes later, after speaking with the computer robot and then a rep at a call center from another country, I am to believe that the coupons that were available online were not available, unless I made separate orders using one coupon at a time, I have now given up hope on American society. When has it become a thing that I have to negotiate for pizza from a foreign person in a call center to be delivered to my house two and a half miles from the pizza restaurant which I am ordering from. I would be happy to drive there and have dinner on location but that is not an option because there are no tables or seats. Do they make horse socks? Is anybody listening to me? Giving 3 stars because I'm sure the pizza will taste great but it'd be awesome to actually speak to a person working at the same location I'm ordering from.

The only time I have had delivery time issues have been when traffic is horribly backed up in Hampstead and no one is moving. They have always sent a coupon if the delivery time was late. The only problem I have is that delivery driver Robert makes me feel uncomfortable and have decided to have contactless delivery now. Wouldn't recommend their pizza because it tastes like sweaty socks. We have been ordering weekly from here for years. The last 4 orders have been awful. We end up throwing the pizza in the trash because my daughter refuses to eat the cheese, so she takes it off and throws it in the trash because it smells so bad. They used to sprinkle some garlic seasoning that made the pizza pretty decent, but apparently they stopped using it. I called to let the manager know my concerns and he blew me off and said they still use the seasoning, and no one else has complained. Won't be ordering from this location again.

We haven’t ordered from Domino’s in years. I took advantage of an online coupon and the entire order was so fresh, hot and tasty we woke up the next morning wanting more! So we are enjoying more pizza and even ordered wings and the big brownie cookie to try. Lol. Everything came was just the way you’d want it to come. Packed with love and care. They’ve got my business from now on out!

I order from the Hampstead, NC location. Robert was great, on time and came with a great sense of humor. Jordan made the process a lot easier l, I normally don't order Domino's at other locations, but the pizza was hot and delicious!! Thank you !

Made an order over the phone. Luckily, I didn't pay by phone because I never got my food. They had the door locked for some reason. I've been here before at this time, and it wasn't locked. Knocked on the door, and the employees looked at me, but wouldn't open the door. My car window doesn't roll down so I went to the drive thru window and knocked. Employee was standing right next to it, playing on his phone. Wouldn't even acknowledge me being there at all. Very lucky I didn't pay over the phone. I left without my food.
