First the website takes me to wrong shop 15 minutes away. ordered pizza well done and it was barely cooked. not 2 words from counter staff just handed me my pizza after getting my name wrong. had to cook pizza in my own oven. Food: 1 Service: 1

To make matters worse, the delivery driver had to make a trip back to the store for the missing items, resulting in my food arriving cold. Despite the inconvenience, the store refused to replace the uneaten cold items, which was promised during the initial delivery—a disappointing lapse in quality control. Adding to the frustration, my 2-liter root beer was forgotten, leaving me puzzled about how such a crucial item could be overlooked. It might be worth considering having condiments in the driver's car for unforeseen circumstances, enhancing the overall customer experience. As a veteran and long-time investor in Domino's, I expected a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reconsidering my loyalty to the brand. I made this my go to dominos. I love the workers there especially being able to assist me over the phone. I had a great experience with the delivery driver named Devon. He was absolutely amazing and has great energy. He definitely needs the recognition for always being so sweet and attentive. Meh…. It’s either hit or miss here. I order cinnamon twists for my grandmother but sometimes they’re properly cooked and sometimes they are not. Sometimes the pizza is good…. Sometimes it’s not. I stay within 1.5 miles of the store. I've ordered 3 times and each time delivery has been over 3 hours and was told 45 minutes everytime. The last time I called the person said yeah it'll be awhile, other people have waited long, then hung up on me!!! Horrendous service, completely appalled.
