ordered online got delivery. Order took over an hour to arrive, did not track, and was delivered to the wrong door. Was so cold it needed to be reheated in the oven. I mean it's Domino's. But the delivery experience could have been a he'll of a lot better. Will probably just make a frozen one next time. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

Why isn't their a zero star rating? Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Do not go here if you're hungry. You order on the app, it's say ready for pick up in 30 minutes. You show up and they tell you it won't even go in the oven for an hour or more! I canceled my order just like the three people in front of me. They must average 100 canceled orders a day over asinine wait times. You could literally drive to NH to buy all the stuff you need to make a pizza tax free. Drive home, Make, cook and eat the pizza before Domislows will have your order ready. Go to any other pizza place and avoid these insane wait times. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

11/17/24 I Don’t get dominos often. Went to pick up a pizza tonight. It wasn’t ready. Young lady at register was very professional and discounted me, while making me aware that another (training) employee was prepping my pizza. (No prob) come back 10 min later and it’s done. The young man that was training and prepping my pizza made it a point to make sure the pizza was made to my standard. I even tried the pizza in the store to prove to him that he did an amazing job. Moral of the story is, there were 3 young individuals working tonight, they all made me very happy. And for a young staff to make sure my single pizza was cooked to perfection, demonstrates that there are still young people who take pride in their work. Constructing a pizza, or constructing a parking garage, it’s nice to see initiative again. Props and job well done to the 3 young individuals running the show tonight. Went the first time when I first moved to Sanford and had to go back 3 times because they kept making my sandwich wrong. I tried to go back today to see if they could redeem themselves with an easy large one topping. I checked the hours on line and of course they were closed over an hour early. Most likely won't return unless I'm extremely desperate.

Ordered thru the APP, said 45 to 55 minutes. APP tracker said being prepared the whole time. When I arrived on time at the store the APP still showed preparing, went inside, one person saying it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. A lot of customers also waiting outside. Finally 20 minutes late got my 2 pizzas. Never going back and never recommending. No apology from worker for being late. Did seem like their delivery orders took priority over everyone else.

I have been ordering from them for years without an issue. I will never order here again. I ordered online, and it said 50 mins. An hour later, I called to check on the order, and I was told it would be 45 mins longer, I let it go and waited. An hour later, and still nothing, I call back to be told it's coming up and should be 15 mins. Almost 30 mins later, still nothing, so I call back again to be told it's gonna be ANOTHER 30 mins. I am done with this location. The owner of this place better do something to improve this issue. If it was a driver issue I would been happy to pick it up. There was no option given or real explanation for the hold up. We weren't even offered any kind of compensation for the delay. Delicious and hot, the key is to have your own pizza delivery bag. There is no dining room to enjoy your meal if needed. Cute chalkboard corner though, it caught the eye of my youngest, the placement is a little odd, and a bit unsafe being right by the door. To be honest, my first thought is that children get abducted all of the time, the odds of it happening are slim, but the fact that there's an odd leaves an invitation to the thought, and in the reality of it, not all children stay by their parents sides at all times. Wow. Look at me rambling on. People were very nice here and sometimes I get discounts when I buy pizza that made me wanna come back and I didn’t even ask them for it so it was nice!! Steak cheese was not toasted. Steak burnt and only 3 mushrooms. I threw it away. Didn't get the Xtra cheese on pizza. Very little mushrooms. Pepperoni strong and left my mouth burning. Ate one slice. Never again

Being my first first since their remodel and my first pizza from the in over a year I was impressed with the quality of my pizza. I walked in and order a Buffalo Chicken pizza. It was ready in 15,hot and fresh. I was mighty impressed with the quality of the whole pizza. The remodel wasn't anything spectacular. Added a few things like digital screens maybe slightly bigger in the customer area. I'll go back for sure
