I waited until I placed a few orders for takeout and now delivery before reviewing. Every order I have placed has been accurate, fresh, hot, and prepared as ordered. Love my local Domino's. Great options for the family, especially under the 2+ items for $6.99. Sometimes everyone will have a different order, and not always pizza. Like the chicken, pasta, sandwiches, and my favorite, the marble brownie. They tend to be fast and appreciate the Tracker to know when to leave from home. I love this dominos! Especially the last delivery. Joshua was so attentive and respectful of my recent requests, which was to call me 5 minutes out, turn his lights off to not upset our protective dog and wait for me outside. I am so grateful he followed instructions, and did not upset our dog who would typically be disturbed otherwise. He was sweet, turned off his lights, followed specific instructions and did the dang thing. Thank you Joshua! I specifically ordered a pizza without onions and green peppers. It was confirmed that way. Upon picking it up the order was repeated that way. So what do you think I go? Only to find out when I got home Yup onions and green peppers. My recommendation would be to try the location on Lyndale before going here. By the way I've yet to hear from them with just a simple apology.

I have been ordering from here consistently for the last two years and always get amazing pizza. If they ever miss an item, the drivers are more than happy to go get it (tip your drivers well, they deserve it!!!). They really do go above and beyond with both their pizza and customer service.

Delivery was fast but maybe too fast. Toppings weren't distributed evenly, no two layers of cheese as described by the handmade pan description and the center was still doughy. Bad form Domino's. Update 01/14/24 - 45 min delivery for tepid pizza that was once again doughy in the center. Chicken wings had barely any sauce and were soggy. The only thing that was okay was the premade salad. I've tried to work with this location several times and each time it gets worse. I had to call the driver over 3 times to navigate her even reaching out to the manager to have him assist & was told he had no way of contacting her to help. She kept hanging up on me telling me she got it then on the app tracker I could see her going further away. Eventually when it came and I opened it up every single piece of my order was wrong, topping/sauce/kind, missing items, etc. I called the store to see what could be done and was told the kitchen was closed (at 8PM) and they couldn't remake it. I was issued a credit which I tried to use later on and the manager then said it couldnt be use online so I let it go that time. Now I have tried a 3rd time to use my credit - called the store and the manager said that I could infact use it online then proceeded to have an attitude for me asking to use the credit he had previously told me to call and use?? I'm very confused as to why they seem to put more work into doing the job wrong. I'm not requesting anything crazy just some pizza and simple customer service. At this point I wouldnt even want to order for fear of them spitting in the food just for a laugh.

Order from ANY other dominos! This one sucks. Every time I've ordered from here, it's taken an insane amount of time (over an hour). One time, the app said my order was ready, so I drove there to pick up, and then it was another 20 minutes. They just clicked the button to say it was ready so they would meet their time goals. Another time, I ordered and after 40 minutes it still said it was in "prep." I called the store and the guy said they hadn't even started it and it would be at least another 30 minutes. After tonight, another over an hour wait after they told my son 25 minutes, I've finally learned my lesson. The dominos on Anderson Lakes in EP is way faster and much friendlier service. Get it together!

This is the worst Domino’s Pizza in America! We had stopped ordering from them because of poor service 2 years ago but our son wanted to order from them tonight so we decided to try again. Pizza took 2 hours for delivery! We called after an hour and they said they were working on our order. By the time it was delivered it was cold. And then 2 hours later they delivered more pizza to our house but it was for a different house on our street! DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE. Bad service bad pizza. Domino’s needs to revoke this franchise and find a new owner.
