I order here regularly because it's convenient to my daily travels. If it wasn't for the convenience, I wouldn't bother. I don't do delivery from here in the evenings because they will hold your order for a half hour and cancel it. They won't answer phones in the evenings. I go in and pick up only now so I can check my order before leaving. Check the marble cookie brownie photo from the last time I ordered delivery. Smh. On top of that, in the last month, I was IN THE STORE when the quality check girl told the little blonde manager with the colored pieces in her hair that my pizza was missing cheddar. The manager shrugged and replied something that I didn't hear. Five minutes later, they said my order was ready. I checked the errored pizza to find that the manager did absolutely nothing to fix it. Left it and tried to sell it to me anyways. I hope she steps on a Lego in bare feet in the middle of the night. I pointed out the error and waited even longer for her to reluctantly make a new one correctly. I didn't even say anything cause after that, I figured she'd be the kind of person to take it out on my pizza with nastiness if I dared to say how rude and unprofessional she was for ignoring it in the beginning. Especially with a customer IN THE BUILDING. So, yeah. It's convenient, it's hot, and they sometimes have good coupons. So I got fired at this location due to messages that I sent to the general manager about observations of what’s going on and throughout the store.They’re trying to say it was because me and a employee was arguing but I have proof that this was not the reason and I believe it was just pure retaliation. I’m a great worker and I do a good job everyone was so focused on meeting there bonus and not actually helping the employees. It’s not fair and it’s not right. They say I was such a disturbance but they let me close the store after 2 employees left before they shift. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give a zero, I would! These guys are running this place into the ground. The doors are locked and they took over an hour. Also smoking on the job. Never got my pizza either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ran by idiots, not going to elaborate but you can infer what I mean in this town. None of the employees wearing gloves, and threw the pizzas around with bare hands. Can’t even cut a pizza properly and even somehow LOST the pizza of a customer infront of me. Took 5 minutes for them to bring over the already done pizza I was picking up while everyone was standing around doing nothing.

When trying to redeem the free reward points I got because they screwed up my previous order, I was notified at the order screen that I have to spend a minumum of $16 to get delivery at all. "Hey, we screwed up, but our method of reimbursing you is actually just making you spend even more money" is obnoxious. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Avoid this pizza place at all costs. The service is slow, and the food consistently arrives burnt or in a terrible state, as if it endured an earthquake. To make matters worse, my last order included critters ( youll see them in the large piece of sausage and a pile next to the gren peppers....and this was just THIS slice), which made me seriously sick. Even free pizzas won't tempt me back after this terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I see why they've got 2 stars overall!! Unfortunately I can't give 0! If you're looking for great customer service go somewhere else!! Apparently their online system screwed up so $27 worth of food had been sitting on my steps for over 12 hours, instead of an apology and/or offer to remake it, the "mad black lady" (no one has name tags), says they'll give me a credit and I have to use it there. Keep in mind this isn't the first time this establishment messed up! Why would I use it there?? As a Business Owner I wouldn't hire anyone from this establishment. Employees have an attitude as if we're not paying their wages and all I saw when returning the food was hair because they don't wear hair nets while preparing customers food! Never even got the food but knew it was a bad idea to order from Dominos. I was wanting pizza so looked online thru Pizza Hut and Papa Johns and decided Dominos was the best deal, and I normally love the pizza. But I always have a bad experience with them in terms of time. I ordered at 6pm, and waited as it said my pizza went to bake then quality check. Then boom at 9:30pm they cancelled it. 3 1/2 hours later. I advise anyone wanting pizza here, just go to Papa Johns.
