Karla met above expectations for a dominoes restaurant normally when you think of a chain pizza place at 10-11 at night you don’t expect to get the quality of service that I did here my order instructions for the pizza was not only proportioned evenly over the whole pizza. The pizza was cooked to perfection! I read about delivery times here before I ordered and not only have I found them to be untrue but it seems like people expect the world out of employees at chain rest that can do not better than any other mom and pop shop in the world! Placed my order at 9:55-10:00 received it at 10:15-10:20 at the latest. Anyone who reads this needs to know you get the quality you pay for and you shouldn’t expect anything quicker when ordering dominoes on a rush hour for dinner! My driver matthew was out of the car and ready to meet me at the door before I even got the notification he was at my house! I’ve gotta say I’ve been eating here more lately haven’t had any problems. Tonight I ordered pick up. Two people waiting ahead of me and someone came in after me. Two girls were working… one was on the phone (totally fine as you’ll see), and the other was cooking. Honestly… respect. All four of us had our orders and left. I was in there maybe all of a minute and a half. Food looks great. It’s dominos but it’s a good dominos.

Ordered carry out, had to wait 20+ minutes past the time it said in the app. There was no sauce on the Buffalo chicken pizza. Looked like a busy night with short staff, but they were very friendly.

Alright I order delivery 7 mins before they closed...I knew this was an a$$ move but I tipped 20%. I expected on a Thursday night at this point, I was probably not going to get a great pizza. But OMG!!! This is the best dominos I have ever eaten. The cheese in the cheesey bread was full and ALL THE WAY TO THE ENDS! The pizza was perfect as well. I have ordered A.LOT. of dominos over the years lol, and this was seriously the best ever

Ordered carry out delivery to my car and 10 minutes past the time i clicked “here” on my phone, still no pizza or worker in sight. Went inside the store to try and pick it up and three workers all ignored me as well as another lady waiting so I said whatever and went back in my car and called the store. Finally someone picked up and I said I’ve been waiting for my pizza in the parking lot/inside for over 15 minutes now past the time it was ready and some worker came out handed me my order and then proceeded to give me sass when I said thank you. Like ??? Not to mention last time we got delivery they were an HOUR and a half late past the time they said we’re going to be. Idk what’s up but free pizzas aren’t gonna make up for the lack of customer service Edit: they keep deleting my review yikes

Food is always excellent, delivery is always on time(Leo is super friendly) . Today the driver Kyle forgot my 2 liter coke . Called the store and they said that driver would come back , but he didn’t. That’s fine , I’ll give five stars anyways. :)

Always great delivery service..on time and food is usually very hot and ready to eat! Only one time in many deliveries did I get my order an hour and a half late but, Domino's gave me a free pizza for my troubles. So in my book pretty stellar overall!=)

Don’t order here ever. I’ve order twice this week and had to cancel orders both times. I get it business are short or workers. They only have one delivery driver I get it. However that doesn’t account from the lack of communication and customer service. It took and hour for the pizza to go out for delivery and still would have been another 30 minutes before the pizza showed up. I have an hour lunch break and I ordered it 15 minutes before I went on lunch. I didn’t get a single phone call about the food. I wouldn’t have even been at the place it was getting delivered too at that time they wanted to deliver it. Just absolute horrible customer service. Don’t order here save yourself the time and aggravation and get any other fast food.
