I can’t be negative enough about my order. It’s already over 2 hours and we have not been able to get through by phone. They hang up or leave me on hold for 10 minutes without any response. It’s been 21/2 hours. We finally got a report back that the delivery was 4 minutes away. We watched the delivery go all around our address. It finally showed he was almost at our house. Food was delicious. Wish I would have gotten forks, plates and napkins as we are staying in a hotel. But the delivery driver was very nice. I believe he gave me the merchant and customer receipt by mistake. But overall we are happy! Do not go to this location !!!! They're a joke, I placed an order on Sunday for Delivery at 7 pm, and at 9:30 I was still waiting for my food. I tried calling the store but was on hold for over 30mins so I went there to see what was going on with my order. The place was a MESS and the employee was messing up orders of food that were for delivery were piled high. When I finally got to speak to someone as to what was going on with my order the lady told me my order hadn't even been made yet and it would be about an hour or so before they got to making it. Although on the app it was showing it was being prepared and my order So by the time I got my order it would have been over 5 hours. I told the lady to cancel my order and to put my money back on my card. So far I still haven't received it.
