I ordered the Cheesy tots and a large thin crust pizza. The delivery was quick, and the driver followed my instructions for contactless delivery and request for him to not ring the doorbell because my dogs would go crazy! The tots and pizza looked picture perfect, and the taste was 10/10! Very happy all around! Ordered 3 pizzas online. Waited until the tracker told me my pizzas were ready for pick up. Went through the drive through window to be told my pizza wasn’t done yet and i need to drive back around a make a loop. So i made a loop and went back through the drive through window just to be told again my pizza will be done in 8 mins. The two times i did wait at the window i had to wait a few minutes each time for the guy to come back to the window. Just to over here them talk about my pizza and “who orders a chicken bacon ranch pizza without the ranch” so after hearing that i realized they made my pizza wrong and was remaking it. So instead of being honest at the window and telling me is wasn’t done and it will be 8 more minutes the man showed have just told me the truth. They messed up my pizza and need to remake it. anyways after the second loop around the building he said 8 mins and gave no sorry or anything we drove back around and went inside to wait. While waiting inside it seems like a clown show in there. Did not seem like we were the only ones getting messed up orders that night. All the staff was rude and seemed to be very unintelligent or maybe just pretend to be that way? I honestly don’t even know anymore. Once the pizza finally came out we were stared at not spoken to and they set the pizzas on the counter and they all sarcastically told us to “ have a great night” and to “enjoy our pizzas!”. All while the whole time we never got a sorry or anything for THEIR mess up! It’s of the pizzas were cold and the messed up pizzas was hot and fresh. The whole time part of my order was just sitting there getting cold. I will NEVER come back to this clown show of a dominos. If i acted this way at my job i would be fired. This is unacceptable behavior if you want to stay in business. Absolutely no good customer service at all. I’ve worked at at least 4 different pizzas places through my life and i have never seen such a garbage work crew. Not only that but you would think the manager would at least apologize for the inconvenience and the long wait. But no. Just sarcasm from the crew.

Hungry for some pizza? Don’t go here! My food was never delivered and I called to see what happened and the dude Chris who picked up (rudest dude to ever walk this earth btw) said my pizza was “delivered”. He said he’d ask the drive of it was when she got back. Well 30 minutes later I had to call back to see if he asked her and he said yes, I even asked him if she made sure the apartment number was correct ti which he said “yes”. But here I am with no pizza at my door. If Chris ever answers the phone for you just be prepared for him to be super rude 😂 definitely would be recommend this dominos to any one

Rude managers. Said I came a hour late and I was sitting outside and there at 5:17. Refused to refund just the pizza. Made me bring the entire order back or no refund at all. So unprofessional. Hour late still doesn't explain the lack of cheese. Even donated money, how rude.

Go in store and do not do delivery. Not sure if a staff member called out and someone is mad and being rebellious. Dumped lots of extra sauce on both pizzas. Picked up a slice and everything slid off. If this is light sauce for pizzas I do not want to see regular.

Horrible! The food quality has hit an all time low at this unit. Pasta no sauce cold pizza not cut all the way. Pizza is just horrible

My family was so happy that a dine-in Dominos opened so close to our home! Our first experience was great! However, on that same first visit, I noticed an employee was abrupt/ rude to a customer. Subsequent visits over next several weeks, and this Domino's has established a clear pattern of rude behavior, from bottom all the way to the store manager. Tonight, Dec 6, 2018, I came home and ordered a pizza online, to pay at store. When I arrived at the pick up window, I told the young man I wanted to use the 50% off coupon. He ignored that comment, and asked for my name. When he returned with my pizza, he told me it was $16. Again, I tried to use the coupon in my pics, (same coupon I had used the night before). I was told rudely that coupon had a typo in it. That sale was over and the store would not honor the coupon. Then the manager came to the window, told me the same thing. When I told her that I had bought one previous night. I was told by manager, very rudely, that she would not honor the coupon. But I could call corporate and get a coupon from them. She was very rude, not helpful, and angry. At this point, I was angry over her behavior. I paid for the pizza, and then she slammed the window very loudly. Another employee returned with my pizza. I told her that I would be in contact with corporate, as the manager was there to listen to customer complaints and not to slam windows in customers faces. The pizza was good, Dominos pizza. But there is ZERO good customer service, and no civility if you have a complaint. I will be driving a little further down to Lorraine location. At least that location has nice, courteous people working!! Rude behavior gives Cowan location Dominos 1/2 star!!

I just recently ordered. I ordered a pan pizza well done with light sauce. An u get a pizza still doughy in the middle with lots of pizza sauce. An I also ordered a Brownie that was cold in the middle . An I also was told it be 22 to 30 mins. But it was delivered in 10 minutes. This looks terrible an they cut my pizza where it looked butchered. But the delivery driver was amazing .

The worst dominos pizza ever, the worst service ever, ask for a refund the manager said no, the worker at the cash register said no, I spend about $100 dollars a week, for my family, they blamed me for the pizza being cold, I guess its my fault it has no cheese on it wow

The greatest thing about this Domino's is Ed. He's always smiling and grateful and honestly; the only reason I order from them. If he didn't work there I'd never order from them. He gets a 6 star review out of a possible 5 stars. I'm not exaggerating.
