I absolutely love this place! Delicious pizza, delicious chocolate, amazing ice cream, the fried chicken was pretty good, spaghetti could've had more sauce, but the chicken parm really did make up for it. A pregnant woman's dream. Service Delivery Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Do not order through google. The delivery will be through door dash and it will not show up on your door dash account. So, if they decide to not read what you ordered and send you something completely different then they wont fix it. Neither can you do anything through door dash because you ordered through google rather than door dash. Google tells you to call the restaurant. Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, onions, extra sauce, and sausage. It is on my receipt. Received a cold sausage pizza. Illiteracy is a rising problem. They told me that door dash was the problem and to get the problem fixed through them but the way I see it, they delivered the order with my name on it. So either I received the wrong pizza, with my name on it, or they just didn't read what I ordered. Either way, durangos is at fault. The first time we ordered here they forgot our bread. We let it slide because we really like their fish. Second time we ordered they nailed it. Then we ordered party pizza for our foster sons b day party. Spent $$$ on that. We just ordered again today and had to wait over 2 hours for delivery of our food. (called a couple times too with no apologies or??) Not only did it come COLD but the fish sandwich was MISSING the top BUN. WHY??? When we called to tell them it was missing we were PUT ON HOLD & then told that if we wanted, they would bring us another sandwich BUT of course we'd have to wait and also give them BACK the sandwich that was missing half a BUN. SERIOUSLY? No apologies, No is there anything we can do to rectify this bad experience, NO Nothing!!!! SERIOUSLY??? 😠 Ummm your customer service just went out the window!!!! We have spent $150 at this place with 4 orders total in the last five weeks. We like their fish but not that much. I guess we'll go back to our old Hangout. Sorry your customer unconvinced you.

All I ordered was their chocolates, which were a total 5 star! The company I was with ordered ice cream and banana splits, which they said was super good. I ordered a pizza, and when I got home and opened the box it was all burned. It tasted like charcoal. I called, she said she would show the manager my pics, no one ever called back. She did offer to make another pizza but I am miles away. They knew when they gave it to me it was badly burned. All they had to say was we need to redo. NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. They don't deserve 1 star.

It’s a pizza shop out of some absurdist’s dream, like if David Lynch decided to get into the restaurant business. The chocolates are amazing, highly recommended the caramel clusters. And yes, they have a full pizza menu and wings and fries, but you absolutely cannot tell from the outside. It’s Racine’s super-secret pizzeria. Even the employee swore that it had a pizza sign on the building so we went outside and no, there is no pizza sign. Just chocolate. But YES there IS pizza!!! And it’s decent. Co-businesses Phoenix Chocolates shop and Derangos Italian restaurant. Stopped in today to purchase chocolates as gifts. Masks required. We were greeted as we entered. Someone was ahead of us. We practiced social distancing and waited for our turn. They were busy with staff taking phone orders or customers picking up food from Derangos restaurant and handling chocolate orders. When it was our turn staff explained we could buy by box or bag and priced by the pound. I mixed my chocolate order 1/2 milk and 1/2 dark chocolates. Order a small box fairy/angel food. Large box chocolates with nuts and a large box with creams. Filled boxes rather than ordering by the pound. Picked a couple individual pieces and of course a peppermint candy cane. It was a wonderful experience. Please be patient if anyone is ordering or picking up ahead of of you. Will return again. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Small dining room and did not say seat yourself but this place you actually have to order your food and white there's only 3 tables but me and my mom sat for almost 10 minutes after being ignored ordered food then a least we were acknowledged I had a cheese sausage and mushroom medium and two sodas I love that you can buy chocolates at this.
