My son and I went to Del Taco in Orem for a late breakfast and took his five year old son with us because they have a nice play room. Upon arrival we saw that the children’s play room was closed for what turned out to be an employees birthday party. Grandson was disappointed as was I. Maybe a nice sign should be posted saying that the “playroom will be available unless an employee party is going to be held”.

For taco Tuesday, we decided to come here and get chicken tacos and we were shocked to see how skimpy most of them were filled compared to another Del Taco we usually go to. For $1.69 per taco I expect better, and we can just up the street (the Del Taco on State Street near 800 south). Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

When we came to eat here the doors to the lobby were closed two hours early. Then we decided to go through the drive through where we waited 30 minutes for our food when there was only just one car in the as drive through. When we got to the window the person working at the window was being rude to us. Finally when we arrived home to eat our tacos were very stale. I won’t be wasting my time by coming here again. I like Del Taco for a quick bite. I have to double check our order before we leave the drive through because our order has had missing items quite often. But generally, the people working are very polite and try hard to make the drive thru a positive experience. I wish Del Taco wouldn’t change their menu so often.
