I would like to honour the staff of Debonairs Springbok. At the end of a very difficult day they were obviously extremely tired, but they still gave excellent service and stayed positive. Well done!

The service is absolutely terrible! First of all, they have all of these dessert specials but it is NEVER in stock! If you don't order extra cheese, you also don't get the sauces that makes the pizza (ex. "Club pizza" uses Rave sause) there was nothing on my pizza. This is Debonairs... Steers also the same issues. Milkshakes never working, there is less than 1 teaspoon of sauce on their burgers. And this is ONLY Springbok, Northern Cape. If you have a franchise, the service needs to be the same nationwide!!!

Excellent service, just the part that I have to stand while waiting for my order. The place needs some few chairs for customers to relax a bit while waiting for their orders.
