Visitors don't highly appreciate pizza at this restaurant. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. According to the guests, the main disadvantage of Debonairs is the disappointing service. Google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

On 7 July we were celebrating my wife's birthday and invited some friends for pizza and wine. I ordered 13 pizzas from Debonairs - Voorbaai in Hartenbos to be delivered at 18h30. Delivery was spot on time, but after the delivery man left, we opened the boxes, to discover that the pizza boxes were apparently transported upright, with result that each and every pizza was crumpled up in one corner of its box like a piece of cloth. I immediately called Debonairs, and the manageress Davinine was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She arranged for a complete replacement of all 13, with lovely fresh and hot pizzas, within 25 minutes. This excellent service more than made up for what was clearly a human mistake by a new inexperienced delivey man. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person R 500+ Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We usually order from you and always enjoy. Tonight's experience was bad though. It looks like someone just threw toppings on carelessly and there's no flavour. There's no hint of a tomato and herb sauce, tastes like plain regular tomato sauce and looks like that too. Pizza was cold and soda was warm. Very disappointed. Edited: 05 July 2022. I see there is a reply with a link to contact you. If I go to the link and fill it in, it gives an error when submitting "There was an issue sending your mail". Please advise or give an email address I can reply to.
Firstly, the lady at the counter has a terrible attitude. Greeted her kindly, was made to feel however as if I was a nuisance. I pushed on and bit my tongue, hopeful and looking forward to a decent pizza. Ordered the creamy chicken tripple decker. What I got was three, flat pieces of dough with almost no filling and no sauce. I have never knew it was possible for debonnairs to put out BLAND pizza. This is easily the WORST debonnairs in the country. Luckily I'm leaving Mosselbay back to Cpt tomorrow. My advice to the owners: try your own restaurant once in a while. Call in an order and eat the food your restaurant sends out to paying customers. That pizza wasn't worth the box it came in.
We ordered regularly from Voorbaai, but this was the last time. The last order was a disaster. Firstly it only arrived after an hour, secondly all three On The Triple pizzas looked like they were in a trainwreck, thirdly none of the sauces we explicitly requested be removed were actually removed, and lastly the pizzas were all cold. How much worse can it get? Believe it or not it can get worse....two days after my above review I received a generic email in response to my comments above, it stated the owner would like to contact me to address this issue. To add insult to injury, the link opened a generic contact page that would not send unless I supplied my email address AND telephone number , plus it I also HAD to make some type of comment otherwise the message also refused to send....I have nothing to say or comment, I have said it all here. I never asked Debonairs to contact me also then why guide me to a general complaints page, I have nothing to complain about other than what I said here!?
I made an order online, by mistake I chose the incorrect restaurant, (the one I chose does not deliver to the area where I live) the lady who works at the one in Voorbaai, Sharon, called me to inform me of my mistake, however she really went out of her way and arranged that my order be delivered from the correct restaurant, she even called again to inform me of the progress of my order. Thank you so much Sharon. Debonairs Voorbaai, you have an amazing lady working for you, and I hope you show appreciation!!
So disappointed in Debonairs Voorbaai, ordered 3x pizzas at 6:31 and it is now 7:46 still no delivery. Called call centre and they can't give me answers and put down phone. Will never order from you again.
Family night, order pizza. Called about a few times. More then an hour ago, almost closing time due to lockdown curfew. Our order won't even placed and made!!!!!!!!!!!!
