A pizza was ordered on Sunday the 5th of February around 13:18. Wecalled at 14:00 and some lady acted like she didn't know know what ordered we were talking about. We eventually got a hold and our pizza only got delivered 14:20

The worst Debonairs I'm sure in South Africa, their pizza is either always undone and raw or it is overdone.
Also their service is the worst I've ever experienced, the person speaking over the phone does not know how to put in a order, I ordered a cram crust for delivery and after 45 minutes of waiting i called and they said there is no cram crust when I asked why didn't she call she said there is not airtime on the phone, I told her I will come collect a medium and how long will it take now, she said 20 minutes, its 40 minutes and still waiting right now. How does the owner get away with serving such bad food and worse service, I will definitely be reporting him to the franchisee.

The time one could wait for their order would typically range between 15-30 minutes, depending on the day's business or the size of your order. The staff members are polite and the sitting/waiting areas are also well spaced. Overall, it is always a good experience here.

This store is recently opened but the service is pathetic. No direct contact number and service delivery is always delayed. Opening and operational hours on Google is not a true reflection, and some call center guy told me they take orders only at certain times. One needs to go to the store for orders, so why advertise that you deliver when u take orders when it suits your mood status
Debonairs is always good when it comes out from the oven.. service is not good at all..
