Food poisoning alert. I had a ham sandwich and that's all I remember. Please be careful eating here. I gave it 2 stars because my girlfriend enjoyed her pork rice from here. Service and ambiance is really good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice "Western" place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is very nicely designed but it seems that's also the reason it's expensive. I ordered the Tom Yam soup for 50k kip which is a lot... My friend had spring rolls and a pancake which were good. They have freshly made fruit juice or shakes. Other than, if you charge your phone for more than one hour you need to pay 5000 kip which seems strange, and also, very important - there is NO WIFI here! The AC is very strong here so if you wanna escape the heat, this is a good place. Otherwise, there are probably cheaper food options out there :-)

Okay atmosphere, but watery scrambled eggs. Tried to charge me 10k for butter with my bread which should be a standard and very expensive even for European standards, I didn't dare ask for milk for my coffee. But they did have a tray of condiments like ketchup, salt, chili sauce etc. on the house 🤔 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My favorite cafe in Thakhek. I've been coming here for a few months, and I've had most of their coffees, teas, smoothies, and sodas - Everything is very good! Friendly courteous staff. Great background music. Friendly family atmosphere. You do *not* pay to charge your phone/laptop - Ignore those old reviews that say otherwise. Lovely food and great coffee! It is reasonably priced though the menus on Google are outdated and it is more expensive - about 60,000LAK per main dish and 35,000LAK for a coffee. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ignore all old reviews, they really made it up here. Ac is not too cold anymore, we ordered burgers with fries and diet cola for 55k, so prices are really reasonable. You can get most of food for 40k here. Here is free Wifi, really good place to spend hot hours in case you need time to relax! Also, I haven't see anything that you need to pay for charging your phone! Also nice music is playing while you eat :) Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ever heard of a cafe that demands extra money to plug in your phone for a few minutes while you eat? Me neither...until today. Considering the high tourist prices, it just screams greedy greedy greedy - especially considering that the local spots have no problem letting you charge, while the meals cost half as much.

Nice little cafe in the center of town. We only had breakfast here. I was a bit pricey but it was OK.
