Here's a thought...If you are going to take 15 minutes to make a 4 piece chicken strip basket, then maybe make the ice cream last instead of serving someone a cup of milk with peanuts and fudge. Honestly, I think a Mom & Pop shop with similar products and ambition could easily shut this location down. 20 employees bouncing in to each other is not the solution, MANAGEMENT IS, so figure it out and MAYBE i'll be back because this was the last straw after many discouraging visits. What I mean is, I live right down the road and can take a picture of the drive-thru, then drive to the one on Gage BLVD, order, drive back and see the same vehicles in the drive-thru and the food from the Gage BLVD store is better. Yeah, there's a drive, but the staff and the food are better. You guys really need a reality check at this location. Just being honest Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food wasn't bad, but the employees didn't seem to know what was going on. Our order was brought out with half of it missing, and the stuff member had no idea what our order was. We ended up with extra food somehow.

For fast food it was a decent experience. My only complaint is the establishments restrooms where down. Not just the men's but all of them. We sat inside and ate and had to leave so my daughter could use the restroom. I'm curious what the staff was using throught the day. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

My most favorite DQ's so far. The manager is so friendly. She really deserves a raise. I hardly ever have any complaints. Food is fresh and delish! I really am on a budget and their point system saves me sometimes. Their $7 buck lunch is really quite the deal! Fries 🍟 drink three piece chicken strips or burger with a Sunday is always a go to for me. That many items for $7!. Had my husband stop here for some food personally I like the flamethrower so that’s what he got me and it’s delicious. I am writing this review because I feel like the team there now has redeemed themselves because my last experience before this was not the best but I wanted to give it another chance because I don’t expect fast food chains to be perfect all the time so great job guys! This is by far the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to. They have treated us with nothing but respect and kindness everytime we've been here. They even went out of their way to take strawberry syrup with real strawberry's and put them in our lemonades to make them strawberry lemonade. The staff are incredible individuals, the food was amazing, and the general atmosphere was awesome. 10/10 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Several of the food prep staff had masks off completely or down below their chins. One saw me taking a photo with my camera and immediately turned away while putting her mask back up. Maybe they’re all vaccinated young people? I suggest you ask them next visit before ordering.
