The food was very good, the waiter was kind, we were served quite quickly and the price is acceptable considering that the restaurant is right inside the walls of the fortress. It is a tastefully decorated restaurant, the interior is clean, the music is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Price per person lei 40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is not that amazing, I ate here a few years ago, and it was amazing. I think ownership has changed since then. The pork was poor and had a very chemical taste. Even the look didn't seem natural. Chips were tasteless and empty inside. The tomato and cucumber salad was just as it says totmato and cucumber, no condiments or dressing, and the tomatoes were tasteless of poor quality. The place has a very good location, and the fortress gives a nice vibe. Service was good. It's unfortunate that the quality of food was poor. The location is placed right in the trenches near the bridge. We stayed outside on the terrace during a pleasant sunny day, very relaxing. The service was excellent and the staff was very quick to respond, mind you it was during week days, with no festival going on or other events. Lastly, the food was very good, quite big portions, please be mindful. Nothing to complain, we had a very enjoyable meal. It was a bit pricey, but the location and everything makes up for it. Nice pub with an amazing coconut ice cream. Located inside the medieval citadel Alba Carolina. The outside view and interior design are memorable. Historical place where I celebrated my birthday. The host is very nice, the service is perfect. Thank you, La Vizitiu!

Do you know the expression "room with a view"? Well this pub and restaurant is the establishment with a view. Gorgeous positioning right in the ditch of the city fortifications you get a view of the old city and its impressive defensive walls . My wife and I ate 2 perfectly cooked courses, one was a Vienese schnitzel with vegetable salad and one was a beef burger with sweet potatoes on the side. Serving was good, serving time reasonable (considering the place was full), we really enjoyed our time here. Would come back anytime and totally recommend it as one of the best places in Alba Iulia. Five stars!

We visited this restaurant last week, during the European 3D Archery Championships. The selection and quality of the food was very good. My son ordered Steak with homemade fries. I decided on the Viennese schnitzel with mushroom sauce. Both dishes were very well prepared and tasty. Excellent Czech beer Staroprameň was on tap to accompany the meals. We were also impressed by the selection of fresh lemonades. The only negative was probably the long wait for the ordered food, which can be forgiven since the restaurant was completely full. But the confusion when paying was incomprehensible. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Very happy to have discovered this place. Come hungry, they will not disappoint you. We had some of the chef's specialties (among them, a weird, but amazing beer cream soup (yes, that's right!) and a very generous schnitzel in potato crust with pickled cabbage). Good food, good prices, very friendly people and nice location.
