This location needs help.
Always out of paper for gas receipts, so you must go in (which I try to avoid) and then it's like you're asking too much for a receipt. Some areas are absolutely in need of a cleaning as well. The Cumberland 'team members' could use some help in the people pleasing area..the manager especially! She is the rudest person I've encountered in a longtime. We can easily take our $300 plus a month business elsewhere for gas. You're in the wrong line of business with that attitude.
Sadly this Cumberland Farms has gone downhill. It used to be an awesome store. Coming with friends to get gasoline or grab some coffee and snacks including donuts and apple fritters one of my favorites. Previous visits has been very disappointing and selections of goods costing a lot more with down grades in quality. Sadly nowadays we are seeing more and more of such turmoil.
One evening, I pulled into the parking lot with the intent to go in and buy coffee as I usually do multiple times a day. I parked the car in front under the light and in full view of the main area. As I was trying to finish a phone call, unbeknownst to me, the attendant called the cops on me. Then the NW police kept haranguing me, even after I visibly was well, not inebriated, not operating the car while on the phone, etc. Cumberland Farms upper management later continued to justify the action of the clerk. While I understand it's a judgement call, I don't think there was a lot of good judgement exercised in calling the police on a customer parked under full view of the window and light doing nothing but talk on the phone. If I were off on the side of the building in a more hidden manner, or milling about, then perhaps that would be a stronger "judgement". But for me, Cumberland Farms was too quick and willing to call the police on people. For me as a customer, my business is not welcome there and I am happy to oblige.
OMG!!! I didn't know how big these things were! Good Gracious I ordered 2; one for me and one for my 2 kids (8 and 4). We ate off one pretzel but now have a snack for tomorrow.
This Cumberland used to be awesome under the old regime with Angie as the manager. It was actually one of the best run convenience stores ever. Now it’s a mess. There are always lines, they are out of everything and the quality of staff has gone way downhill.
Edit: lines and service just keep getting worse
Staff is Great , store clean like always !!
Exterior Tire Air Pump apparently hasnt been working After i spent 5 dollars on Air thinking it was my car . Please put an Out of Order sign on Air Pump so that people do not WASTE THERE MONEY ON A BROKEN MACHINE ... THAT IS NOT OK .....!!!!!!!! STAFF IS AWARE OF THE SITUATION YET HAS DONE NOTHING ???
They have Smart Pay, which deducts $0.10 off a gallon, but if you DON'T have Smart Pay, you will be paying $0.10 MORE than all the other gas stations in the area....not everyone has Smart Pay. If they want to be competitive and have more people sign up, their "non-member" price should be on par with the other gas stations so those with the card can really see a discount!!!
Vitamin water had sign 2 for 3.00$ Rang up 2.00 each Cashier saw advertisement and would not adjust bill I left all items there Very poorly run store!!! Will not be back!!!
