So, as a California native, I have had the famed "In-N-Out" burger many times. And I have to say, In-N-Out can't hold a candle. The burgers truly always taste fresh, never frozen, and I like their Kringle cut fries. I am starting to think that Shake Shack copied Culver's because they taste very similar in my opinion, but Culver's is the original and a better deal. We ordered online and they did mess it up a bit, I ordered a double Culver Deluxe, and my husband ordered a double butter burger with bacon, but instead we got double butter burgers neither had bacon. My friend got the veggie burger which did come up correctly. I submitted a severe and immediately received a response from the manager who was extremely apologetic and sent us coupons. I always enjoy having an affordable (by today's standard) meal at Culvers. Hot and fresh and cheaper than what I would pay at a place with yellow arches. Staff is usually professional and look well groomed. It is nice to see a fast food place that has some high standards. Culvers is always my first choice when available. I love Culver’s! Double deluxe butter burger is my go to burger that always makes me happy. Cheese curds are excellent here as well. This location in particular seems to have a really friendly staff. Gluten allergy is normally taken very seriously and I've never gotten sick, but today I was served a regular bun and burger, and instead of a rootbeer float, was given a sprite. the only thing i have to say, is that every single day from 12 to 1, Chip has to take orders by himself. absolutely no help, even when the line is 10 people long.
