That's a nice idea to order perfectly cooked hamburgers, cod and chicken strips. Come here for good sundaes if you are hungry. A lot of visitors order delicious root beer. This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A lot of visitors point out that the dishes have adequate prices. The nice atmosphere brings a relaxing feel to a clients' stay at Culver's. This place scored 4.4 in the Google rating system.

I typically enjoy Culver's food and service but this last visit was a mess. We got the wrong size fries, we were missing our dipping sauces and my wife's burger was smashed with a handprint on the bun (see picture). Not their best effort on this visit. Culver's never disappoints when it comes to their service and food. They always serve food fresh to order. I think all restaurants should serve food fresh to order. Always good food and food service. The higher end of fast food. Customer service is far better than most. You can tell they put effort into service. Having a dining room attendant to help is key. Friendly employees. Ordered fish sandwiches, specifically requested tartar sauce, which was omitted. They cheerfully apologized and made it right. Clean bathrooms. Restaurant clean. I would patronize again. It's hard to go south from the parking lot. It is very congested during peak times. I ordered the north Atlantic cod sandwich basket. When I got home all I had was fish.and no bread. I also specified that I would like cheese curds and was given fries instead. Classic, all American experience. They do a great job saying how they support farmers. Makes you really like fast food and root beer I think. I always get either cheese curds or onion rings, I can't decide which one though usually. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was absolutely delicious the service was outstanding and the restaurant was very clean the food was fresh and it was quick to get a food out and I will be coming back more and more again. It's a little expensive but the food was worth it and I will be coming back soon. The order was right Culver's is always been my favorite place and I love their ice cream also! I came last night around 9:20ish and my visit was anything but good. I have come to this location plenty of times in the past and have always had a decent experience. Last night I went through the druve-thru and was greeted with nothing but rudeness. My card was malfunctioning at first for some reason, and the employees made me feel unappreciated and as if I was wasting their time. Even after the issue was resolved,they still continued making me feel unappreciated. Usually I am greeted with smiles and patience, but I was greeted with the complete opposite this time. I understand it was getting close to closing time, but that is not an excuse to make it a bad experience for your customer.Once I finally get my food, it turns out they got my order wrong as well.
