Wow - just wow. We had some of the best cookies ever, and it was at this very location. You can't really go wrong with any of the cookies, as they're all cooked to perfection, crafted and designed with an insane level of quality control.
Tonight, we purchased five different cookies and they were all delicious. My personal favorite was the milk chocolate chip - classic yet phenomenal. The richness of the milk chocolate chips combined with the density and softness of the cookie was just a pure match in heaven. Honestly, I would order this again in a heart beat. Who am I kidding? Just one? I'd order a dozen next time. Yup, it's that good. While my partner also enjoyed the milk chocolate chip, he preferred the wedding cake and classic pink sugar cookies the most. Again, all delicious, but alas, we had our own different favorites.
What really made this experience over the top was definitely our interactions with the two fabulous staff. Jaiden and Jackie were so fun, pleasant and just overall so enjoyable to chat with. They were also very patient with us, as this was our first time at a Crumbl Cookies store. Additionally, the store was clean and tidy. Needless to say, their world-class customer service in addition to the wonderful quality and taste of the purchased cookies have made us lifelong fans of Crumbl Cookies.

I don't write negative reviews very often. But I can't ignore how poorly I was treated when I called to ask a few questions about the mini cookies. The gal, (I know her name, but won't share it here) was short, rude and hung up on me. I simply inquired what the minimum order was for mini cookies and if there were any special order options. I will never patronize Crumbl again. I make a great chocolate chip cookie at home. I don't need to be treated that way.
