Absolutely love the Flowood Crumbl. The workers have always been friendly and it doesn’t take long to get your order. The only improvement for me would be more parking, but hey nothings perfect. lol The cookies have always been amazing and not once have they made it home without being sampled, as you can see by my photo. They are really good cookies but its not something I could eat often. I got the peanut butter crunch and the mint chocolate chip. They both were pretty good but I think that I liked the mint chocolate chip better. The peanut butter crunch was served warm and was nice and gooey but the icing was runny and thin. The mint chocolate chip was served cold so it was a little hard at first but it softened after a little while and was really good. They are a little pricey and I thought it was a little weird that they automatically add a tip if you order online.

Very esthetically pleasing but the cookies are very sweet and super heavy. It’s almost like dough. Not my favorite. They look fancy, though. I had a Mother’s Day gift that was really good, but it was cupcakes and not cookies by themselves. That was very tasty! I guess they have to grow on you. The second timed I ate some, they were better.

This was my first experience at an actual Crumbl Cookie location and I loved it. The cookies are always delicious whether you're ordering online or in-store!!

Well I think I’m addicted to the Crumble cookies. I was skeptical especially when I saw the price for one at $3.85 so I bought two lol.. They were huge. I expected a smaller cookie but i makes the price more acceptable. The workers are always so polite and up at this location like chik fil a workers. The cookie are awesome. Have to try the ice cream next

my boyfriend and i just left the business, and we placed a mobile pickup order. upon opening the boxes, we noticed our cookies were underbaked in the center. we called the place to ask about the underbaked cookies, and they answered the phone with an attitude & snarky remarked. we experienced the underbaked cookies again two weeks ago with the vanilla bean cookie. will not be back Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
