We had the most amazing wedding cake- so delicious, flavorful and a beautiful design. Everyone at our wedding said it was the best cake they’ve ever had. They also have the most talented team who can make your cake design dreams come true. I would highly recommend working with Elisa and the Craig’s Cakes team for your cake at your next special event!! The actual cake was good. However, we were not told that the sides of the cake would be covered in white chocolate curls. We also did not know that when we asked for butter cream frosting, it would only have buttercream on the top of the cake. The sides were covered with a “light whipped frosting” which tasted like fake whipped cream. Tip: Please explain fully what will be on your cakes. This was my first time ordering a cake from you. If I knew you automatically cover your cakes with white chocolate, I would’ve requested that they not be used. (Unfortunately, I did not go to your website- I phoned the order in- because then maybe I would have had a better idea of how you make your cakes). Lastly, I was told I HAD to order a mousse filling which I really had only wanted a jam layer. I did appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the decorations were pretty. Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got our wedding cake on time and set up and it was the best cake I've ever had. Everyone thought it and the sheet cake we got was amazing. Thank you for a beautiful cake and will definitely order cakes from here in the future for other events.

We bought our wedding cake from Craig's Cakes. The process started with a private tasting at their store to sample their wedding cake sponges, fillings, and frostings. Be warned, you will likely want to order every combination because they were all so GOOD! Elisa was awesome with communication and the delivery and setup went smooth as butter(cream) thanks to her. The picture below speaks for itself, but it must be said that the cake was GORGEOUS. Elisa came in and arranged the floral accents during setup and put our little corgi figurine on for the finishing touches. Our guests were very complimentary of both the gluten-free/vegan cake and the traditional wedding cake. We can't wait for our anniversary cake! Thank you, Craig's Cakes

The customer service at Craig’s is impeccable and the cake is delicious. I ordered a beach-themed cake for my son’s first birthday; in a profound fail, I messed up the hours and didn't come to get it before the shop closed on pickup day. Elisa left me two voicemails, both of which I missed. I eventually called and emailed back, assuming I was out of luck, but she responded quickly, stayed in contact throughout the afternoon, and took time to return to the shop that evening so I could get the cake after all (!!!) I was so grateful that she went the extra mile despite my mistake, especially because it was for a special occasion. And the cake was lovely—the shop asked me to provide an image to use, which they reproduced faithfully and adorably. The raspberry cream cheese filling was excellent, too. I can’t recommend Craig’s enough!

Incredible cake decorating skills and fabulous cake! I ordered a “vintage“ style cake for a 70th birthday. The cake was simply stunning. Delicate flowers with petite swirls and stars cascaded down three sides of the cake. The pattern was repeated on top. It was neither too much nor too little. Just the right balance. If you’re looking for a cake with amazing flavor and just too pretty to eat, go to Craig’s! Craigs Cake Shop recently provided my wedding with cupcakes, cake pops, and a cutting cake. Everything was so delicious and beautiful. We got so many compliments on the uniqueness of the cake pops and the flavors. They have so many flavors to choose from and they are all so good! We specifically chose Strawberry Key lime, Double Chocolate, and Neapolitan Cake Pops.

I got a cake made for my boyfriend's birthday and it turned out great and tasted absolutely amazing! It was a vanilla cake with lemon mousse and raspberry jam with a custom message on top and the price was affordable! I will definitely come back here again!

If you love Bluey as much as we do you’d understand how the duck cake was a must. Since my strong suit is certainly not baking Craig's Cake Shop made the perfect rendition for us! Not to mention they accommodated a last minute cupcake order add. If your looking for custom cakes in the Madison area we definitely recommend them. Not to mention how tasty it was!

Craig’s provided the cake and desserts for our wedding and everything was absolutely phenomenal. The shop owners and staff are so kind and helpful and we loved working with them for our event. The flavors we picked for our tiers totally ended up being our favorites of the night but the small desserts were just as good!
