Very filthy restaurant. Very poor service. We waited a long time for everything. They were very disorganized. I rate them a ZERO for service and atmosphere. The tables and floor stayed dirty while we ate. My husband spoke to the manager Xander at the register. He gave a brief apology and told us to ask for him on our next visit. We eat here at least 4 times a month and tonite was the worse night. They ran out of fish and green beans. Couldn't find my order, took over an hour to finally receive my food that is now cold. Manager on duty was very rude. Usually we have great service and great food. People leaving as we were waiting said that they will never be back, that they had the worse service also. Manager needs some training on her people skills asap. Just tried again today, ordering a curbside order. Waited 25 minutes for them to bring it out. Well let’s see. It was very slow in there tonight . The food came out cold two times an a row . The only thing that was right was the salad. The server was amazing she rock but the food was just a great disappointment. We told the manager about the experience she said she would just talk with the kitchen. Me after one thing comes out cold. You should’ve been over at the table and see what you can do . The coffee was room temperature. Soon as it hit the cup an no good. They did not have any creamer. Thanks for milk . Overall it’s was not a good experience. I will definitely just drive to Houston or to Beaumont before going back . We enjoyed our meal here during our travels. It was delicious, and the waitress did well for the most part. She left for a bit there & we had to call on another waitress for a carry out container. Otherwise, it was very good. I got the grilled chicken tenders, with fried apples & baby carrots. The baby carrots were so tender. All was really delicious! I believe my husband got the meatloaf, mashed red potatoes & fried okra. He ate it all & enjoyed it, as well. 😊 If we're back in the area, we'll probably go back & eat again. Good prices, too. This Cracker Barrel has to be one of the best that I've been to. Service is always awesome. Food is always hot and delicious. I recommend going before 9. The earliest as possible, to avoid the crowd. The name of my is "Grandma's Sampler." Eggs, loaded hashbrown casserole, and a bit of ham, bacon, sausage, and warm fluffy pancakes! I ordered two Mama's pancake breakfasts, one with crispy bacon, through Doordash. Unfortunately, both orders had uncooked bacon, which poses a health risk due to the possibility of food poisoning. Despite attempting to call the restaurant several times at 9:00 PM, no one answered the phone. As I ordered through Doordash, I am unable to return to the restaurant. Plate was hot food was cold. Got the old timers breakfast. Sausage was over cooked and hash browns were barely there just flattened out. The eating utensils looked as if they hadn't been but half washed. Got replacement utensils they were a little cleaner still had left over food on them. We stop and eat at these places across the country and this place is by far the worst we have encountered as far as food wise. Will not be stopping at this one again. This particular one happened to be one that had excellent service, delicious food that was served hot and the restaurant i itself was clean. I usually order the same thing, but decided to try the new chicken tenders with the Carolina BBQ sauce. They were delicious and it was so much food that it made 2 meals.
