Food, service and atmosphere was great!! Food was good and had enough seasoning. Our waitress was so nice and made sure we was good the whole time. Idk what everybody else talking about but 10/10.

The steam bags were pretty damn good. Every other item wasn't great. Calamari was overcooked. Fried shrimp po-boy was the same, over fried. Drink was warm and sugary. Not what I was expecting. Lastly the dining room was awkward and very cold. The staff was nice and attentive.

I recently dined here. I do not recommend this establishment. I ended up in the bathroom in the establishment for 10 minutes of my 1-hour dining experience. I purchased the all-you-can-eat. The calamari is extremely salty and inedible. The fried shrimp is extremely salty and inedible. The vegetable spring rolls Don't taste like anything but cardboard and they're extremely hard. The broccoli is overcooked and soggy. The corn was okay. The clam chowder was mediocre .The crab legs were thin and rather flavorless. The black mussels were okay. Service was just okay. There was no one sitting at the front when I came in at 1230 pm. I ran out of napkins. A person only checked on me one time. Gratuity of 15% is mandatory. The atmosphere was just okay. Nothing stood out. Seemed relatively clean.

The food was just ok. Four octopus balls had two small pieces of octopus, total. Crab rangoon was all cream, no crab. Loads of spice will cover up the mediocre quality of the seafood. I have never experienced shrimp so hot, literally hot. I wondered if it was microwaved. The texture supported that possibilty.
The servers were very nice but not prompt in asking what we needed or in bringing out the food. I am guessing that's their way of limiting the "all you can eat." They add a 15% "service fee" and then suggest on the bill another 15% or 20% tip. When I asked what the service fee was, I was told it was the tip, already added. So they suggest another tip on the tip. Overall, the food looked yummy and the staff is very nice, but there is nothing more to offer. We won't be back.

Food and service were good. However, a 15% tip was automatically added to our check without asking, even though we were only a party of two, not a large group. Upon receiving the receipt, we noticed a suggested tip section where you could write your own amount too. If you're not careful, you might end up paying double the tip. I wouldn't go back to the restaurant as I don't want to support businesses engaging in questionable practices.

Last night I went to the restaurant for dinner, and Monica was my waitress,She was very cute and had a very good service attitude, so I gave her 20% service charge. Although she said she had included 15%, but when I After paying the bill, she suddenly came over and asked me why I canceled the tip and marked it with marked X，I said no, and Later, when I went to the payment place, I found out that it was their boss lady who had drawn it on my bill. It was disgusted I complained about this service lady and I hope everyone will be more careful in the future

I ate in and ordered all you can eat snow crab legs and they only served two clusters at a time. The proportions were small and I then had to wait almost an half hour for them to bring me 2 more clusters.. I definitely won’t be returning
