Brazilian food is nice at this place. Come to this steakhouse for a break and order good flank steaks, filet mignon and lamb shanks. Nothing can be better than ordering tasty cheesecakes, grilled pineapple and chocolate cakes. Delicious wine, Sangria or beer will make your meal better and you'll certainly come back. It's a must to taste great ice tea or good coffee while visiting Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse. At this place, visitors can celebrate any event: a wedding, anniversary or birthday party. I had the pleasure of discovering some unexpected guests in my drink - flies! It was like a surprise party in my glass, but with wings. The flies seemed to be enjoying themselves more than I was. I must say, the addition of flies really elevated the overall dining experience. A must-try for all insect enthusiasts! Bravo! Went for me and my hubbies anniversary. We were greeted and sat immediately. The hostess was so polite. Our waiter Nathan, was efficient in serving us and made our night so special. The food was amazing, and it was spotless clean. Will be dining here again. Highly recommend!! Server took 30 min to come back to get our drink order, told hostess, Wendy, and after that everything was amazing. Wendy needs to be a server, she was very attentive. The server was also refilling our waters and asked us if we wanted drink refills once as well. Wendy, you are a dear. Food was very good. Would bring friends/family. 12yo's are $17, adults $50. Absolutely love going here. There were some things that they offered the last time we were there that we had never been offered before. We were brought some cheesy rolls that were seemingly not done in the middle. Per hour request, someone continued to bring us the pineapple. That is my absolute favorite thing there. Run for the hills! This was the most disastrous dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. For starters, when you first walk in, the smell of old dirty carpet nearly slaps you in the face. Got seated by a kind host who ensured me that my server Wendy would soon arrive to get me and my party started. 15 minutes later she shows up with the most drab, uninterested, and unwelcoming attitude. She took our cocktail orders and we made our way to the buffet line to get sides. The side dishes were pretty lackluster and basic for the most part, however, it’s no big deal because the star of the show are the meats. Wendy brought back our drinks, the meats started rolling in and we were enjoying trying the plethora of items on rotation… until we found 2 bugs floating in one of our cocktails. We waited for Wendy to return and after 15 more minutes of her being MIA, we took the drink to the kind host who informed us that Wendy made the drinks. Why the servers are making the drinks and there are no bartenders on staff, have no clue! Wendy finally arrived at the table, we tell her about the bugs and she grabs the drink and walks off. No apology, no offer to make a fresh cocktail, nothing. At this point, my party and I are disgusted and turned off and no longer want to eat here. If there’s bugs in the drink, there’s no telling what’s in the kitchen that we can’t see. When Wendy finally comes back, she lets us know that she has gotten approval to remove all of our cocktails off the bill. We have already had 3 cuts of meat and have eaten a few bites of our sides. Might I add, we never received glasses of water. When we told Wendy that she never brought us waters, she proceeds to say “You didn’t ask for any.” Wait… you mean to tell me that I’m paying $75+ a plate, and I have to ask you for water??? We inform her that we are no longer interested in dining here, asked to see and manager, and let her know that we will not be paying for anything due to the establishments uncleanliness and her horrible customer service. She proceeds to get upset and threatens to call NCPD and says “I can assure you, your food will not be free and you will be paying for it”. She continues to go back and forth with my party and I as we tell her we aren’t interested in speaking to her and want her manager. When we dismissed her anger and unprofessionalism, she stuck up her middle finger and ran away. Now we’re absolutely fuming at the lack of customer service, respect, and courtesy that’s been given. The manger paid us a visit and was very understanding of our issues. We ended up leaving without having to pay anything. Long story short, Wendy totally ruined a joyous and positive birthday occasion and I will never return. Do not waste your hard earned money at this establishment. I’ve had a better customer service experience at the local McDonald’s. My only positive is that the lamb chops were delicious… as long a you don’t mind them with a piping hot side of disrespect, lousy service, unresponsiveness, and a middle finger for dessert. Overall great experience. I came here with 3 other family members and we had an enjoyable time. I recommend calling in for a reservation. After your seated, check out the salad and hot bar. The food was really good. They make sure u dont leave hungry at all. It seemed like someone with a different kind of meat was at our table every minute or two . The salad bar had some good choices, and the hot bar had a few items on it as well. The server we had we only saw a couple of times. Had to wait some time for our check, then wait again for someone to take it so we could pay. Hmmm... what can I say...it looks like they turned a strip club into a steakhouse. Complete with a nice selection salad bar including cold pasta, cocktail shrimp, and veggies with a few types of hot food like rice,mash pot, sautéed mushrooms and a soup to compliment the hotdogs. My cocktails were strong (the best thing) just how I like it. But in my opinion...it was nothing like I expected... the atmosphere looks like golden corral (I think golden corral has better meat though) ...Too expensive for what they offered tonight.
