Relatively new to “The Woodlands”. I think it’s Tomball. Anyway, appetizers are tiny! The ceviche and Lomo arepas were itty bitty. See pics below. I had one of the main dishes (surf and turf). Steak with shrimp. Steak was pretty darn good. Wife had a salad. She said it was good 🤷🏽‍♂️ I always order smoked Old Fashioneds from new restaurants to compare. This one had an ie presentation(see video). It was unique. This was a corn whiskey. Tasted a lot like rye and super sweet. Not my favorite but always up for trying something new. I don’t think I’ll be back. I was expect more traditional Peruvian cuisine but I get it, they are trying to be different. They really need to make those appetizers bigger, especially for the price. I celebrated my 49th birthday with my daughter tonight and Patrick was awesome and amazing!!! The food that he suggested for us was 5 star!!! I will definitely be back to try more cuisine. The decor was absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere was classy, and when the chef brought out the food, he was kind and professional explained each dish to us. Been waiting for this place to open since last Autumn. Finally managed to give this place a try. Hubby and I shared the Bone marrow, Ceviche Mixto which were both very good. But the highlight of the meal was the Cabrito. The flavour was amazing and you can tell that it was stewed for a long time. One of our best meals in the Woodlands/Tomball area. Dined at the new Costa Fina this evening. We were a party of 7. We really enjoyed ourselves. The food was really flavorful and super fresh. We had the calamari, carpaccico and bone marrow as an appetizer. For entrées we had the colossal shrimp, the braised lamb, pork belly, churasicco steak and chicken kebabs. The place is nice and service is good, but the food is the most under seasoned over priced food I’ve had had in a long. This place has high hopes charging more for a steak than steak 48 and it shows how delusional the owner must be. I would not return to this restaurant. The arepas were not very good ,the Tequeño was made with the wrong cheese inside. The calamari had so much breading you could not even find the squid inside. The Caesar salad did not taste like anything at all even for having anchovies on top of it. The chicken skewers did not have a pinch of salt on them with steak let the meat shine but not with chicken put the seasoning on it at least some salt. We ordered the Ecuadorian locro, it was offered as a soup on the menu; when we received it at the table, it was a nasty, thick, pudding-like substance (it looked like dog food, taste was pretty bad). Other dishes were fine. Will not be going back to this place. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

COSTA FINA is such a fine, exquisite, detailed place to come relax and enjoy! Ariel brought me back to my country in the way he attended us, with such delicacy and care. I told my daughter, “see what a difference it makes when someone attends you with such joy as they work, that’s when you live your life with passion”.
