The service was above and beyond. I liked the creamy mashed potatoes and the traditional coleslaw. Tasty garlic bread! The brisket was super moist and tender! That made the most positive impression. The smoke was very mild for the brisket and the pulled pork, so if you’re looking for Texas barbecue style, this may not be your style. However, I juiced up the flavors perfectly by adding a few drops of their sauce with each bite. This would be a great place where you could bring people with a wide range of BBQ tastes. The food is great and it seems that most of the low ratings are from a minority of customers who have an issue with their “no cash” system. First time here after hearing nothing but great things, and I wasn't disappointed. Brisket was super moist and tender. Sausage had snap and a good bite. Classic cole slaw was awesome!!! Ice cold Lucky Luke to wash it down. Brother-in-law got the tri-tip and ribs with mash potatoes.....no complaints at all!! Mash potatoes were definitely homemade!!! We will be back to try another meat and dish. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was brought out quickly and as ordered. Good price, decent brisket. Take-out order was extremely quick. The creamy mashed potatoes were delicious. Will try other meats next time, starting with the tri-tip. Wow!! The BEST smoked BBQ in Valencia. The Harris Ranch brisket, tri-tip, and chicken were moist and flavorful. We tried three sides… Baked beans, pasta, salad, and coleslaw.. all had great flavor. Locally owned, friendly staff, dine-in, take out, & catering. Our new Go-To! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Having been here twice now I can safely say the food is fantastic and it’s an incredible value in terms of portion and price. The brisket and smoked half chicken were both done to perfection. The flavors are complex. The BBQ sauce has just the perfect amount of spice. And the staff are all abundant, helpful, and friendly. I’m not sure why this place is rated so low but I’m doing my part! Food was amazing!! Most tender brisket I have ever had! We also had the tri tip, pulled pork sandwich and ribs … all delicious!!! Staff was extremely friendly! Chatted with the owner for about 5-10 minutes and she was extremely friendly! We will definitely be back!!! This restaurant is run/ owned by the former manager of Stone Fire. Dealt with her over the years and she was always great. Congratulations on your new endeavor I wish you the greatest success Now to the food.Got take out tonight. Had the 1/2 chicken meal. Reasonably price. The chicken was excellent. Most restaurants just poor BBQ sauce on badly cooked chicken. This was moist and seasoned well with just the right amount of sauce. Texas toast was good. Had the beans. Not my favorite type but if you like spicy baked beans with onions than give these a try. They are well prepared. The seating area looked inviting. My only issue is it's cashless. Had dinner here tonight and it was so delicious! Also reasonably priced. It was $15 for a brisket sandwich and a decent size side of mashed potatoes. Everything tasted great. And all of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely suggest this place to anyone. Plus the kids meals were only $5! Wow! I can’t say enough about this place we had the ribs, the beans, the mashed potatoes, the coleslaw, and the Texas toast and everything was absolutely amazing. Someone in our party also had the vegan sausage and she could not stop saying how delicious it was. A couple of the people in our party even ordered food to go. Portions are large, but apparently they did not want to share their leftovers with family members at home friendly faces and great prices!
