Many pastry and baked good choices. They'll looked delicious, and the ones we tasted were delicious. The coffee is very good too. Service is prompt and friendly. The place seems to be crowded all the time. Very nice and pleasant atmosphere.

What an enchanting place to visit while in Aveiro! They have so many yummy desserts you can take to go or eat in. Yum~~~
Lovely staff, lovely food and lovely atmosphere! I love the food here! Service Dine in Price per person €1–5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Liked the inside of the place, very old and has a traditional vibe. Also, the variety of options is quite wide for sweets as well as for baked goods. However, when we chose the seat it seemed like nobody cared about our presence. We spent more than 10min just to ask for a coffee. There was only one waitress serving almost everyone inside(although there were other waitresses who were chill and not busy at all) and was very busy although the place was only half full. Of course, the way we were served couldn't be friendly in this kind of situation. This cafe definitely needs some improvements in their service. Then, the cake we ordered was disappointing: just super sweet, nothing else. Dry and wet at the same time, no cacao flavor in the dough. As for the price (around 3€), it's quality was bad. As for the paying, it was another struggle, coming from someone who was here for the first time ever, it was confusing to find a line to pay. And on top of that our order wasn't registered correctly. Maybe it was just a bad luck for us.
So much choice. They're all very sweet, though. But the ovos moles was good and the cacao dessert was the best - very interesting, reminded me almost of a gingerbread roll. And the staff were very friendly. The owner/guy at the cash register was super chill and friendly and explained what the desserts were. He seemed very proud of his establishment - it's been open for 94 years

Very disappointing considering the high review. Came in for a simple pastel de nata and hot chocolate. Pastel de nata were among the worst ive had on my trip so far. Hot chocolate was actually hot chocolate pudding. Not even kidding, they give it to you with a spoon. Ended up paying 10 euro for 2 of each, id recommend trying somewhere else. Service was good tho, and the place was very busy, so I guess other things are good there. Price per person €5–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
