Lots of parking. Have to walk through Mitre 10 to get in and out. Would be nice to have a separate entrance. Lots of seating inside of various styles, and outside patio style and communal by the children's playground. Friendly service. Good selection of cabinet and menu items. Were advised of a half hour wait on the food but waited just over an hour with quite a large discrepancy between dishes, eg 20 mins between 1st and last dish being served which made for an uncomfortable polite wait before eating together. Meals were delicious though and of a good portion size. Loved the loaded wedges, although sauces were not served on the side as requested. Will go back when not in a hurry due to uncertainty for meal delay times, but will likely go back. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This place is amazing!! Lovely coffee in Mitre 10 garden. Coffee was excellent and there is a good variety for meals too. Recommended! We had large flat white with hazelnut syrup for 8,10 or 8,90?$ Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Eggs beni was great, service was fast and polite. Table hadnt been cleared and cleaned before we sat down. We sat out by the kids play centre and there were cobwebs, flys and dust every where. Bit of a shame as food was good. Cafe was full so can understand that the staff were under the pump....but it looked asthough that area hadnt been cleaned for a number of weeks or maybe a month. Order an adult ice chocolate dine in and order took for ages to get and got a kid size milkshake in take away cup. Was not impressed payed $7.40 for an adult ice chocolate and got $5.00 kid size milkshake. Will not be ordering this again.what makes this worse was not busy at all and they still manage to stuff up my order which gisborne Columbus staff do alot. My favourite place to go for a nice coffee and breakfast/lunch! Great playground for the kids to be entertained, too, while having a delicious coffee or spicy chai. The cabinet selection is great and drinks and food are served super quickly which can be essential with a starving kid! Staff is always friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!!
