The lady that helped get my order was super friendly! They made a mistake with my order and immediately fixed it with enthusiasm. They other hand the person that was working cashier seemed annoyed and short even when I’m trying to engage her to small talk and thanking them. Hope management can train them more. It’s not that difficult to be nice. All in all had a great experience. I got the new Reese flavor with more Reese’s. Love it.

We had chocolate with waffle bowl and pineapple sorbet. Chocolate flavor is so creamy, chocolaty and rich. Very well-balanced. For me I don’t think it’s too sweet. Waffle bowl is crunchy and tasty. It did its job well - to hold the ice cream. I’m very impressed with pineapple sorbet flavor. So refreshing, crispy and hint of sourness really surprised me. It has small pineapple chunks in sorbet which I believe it is definitely a finishing touch. Love it.

This was my first/second time (well… fourth time time now) having cold stone. We ordered a birthday cake from cold stone. It was the “Tall, dark,delicious” cake. We can customize the cake! It was awesome! Definitely get more next time! Update: we ordered another flavor for the bday cake. It was okay, I will still recommend the talk dark and delicious instead of this strawberry flavor! Update: I guess we really like cold stone and we really wanna try all the flavors for the ice cream cake! This time we tried oreo and cream. The cake was prettier than the strawberry one. It was delicious, like always, but a little bit too sweet! For three flavors, I like “tall dark delicious” > “strawberry” > “Oreo and cream”

We love Coldstone! The young lady that took our order was super friendly. We visited the Round Rock location and it was delicious! Clean atmosphere and bathrooms!

Very unimpressed with this visit to this location. First issue was we were not acknowledged for 5 minutes. Astile and the other employee were extremely rude. Finally another young lady came from the back and asked Astile if we had been waited on and Astile rolled her eyes. Second Astile gave my daughter her waffle cone with melted ice cream. Astile needs an attitude adjustment and needs to learn to not rolled her eyes at customers. I

Earwigs! They were crawling all over the ice cream. Edit for owner: I took my girlfriend and walked out before taking a picture, but Kian was standing right next to it. Very unprofessional response. Maybe start with an apology. I worked in ice cream for five years, I know how it goes. Instead of defending yourself online, you have pest control come in. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nasty female made my order. They ran out of an item but already charged me and didn't want to make me something in its place. Like, I am supposed to just give up my $9.50 and get nothing?
