Tasty vanilla ice cream, creamy cakes and biscuits are among the dishes to be ordered at Cold Stone Creamery. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve great chocolate frappe. Sign on door says they're open until 10pm. Hours here on Google says until 8pm, as does the CS website. Arrived at 7:15 to find the store closed and dark, likely implying they closed down even before 7. Would love to come back another time but it would be great if they could post accurate hours.

I had an excellent experience. In particular, I was impressed with a young lady named Myla-She was warm, sweet, welcoming, and meticulous. We had a wonderful experience! Everything was fresh and clean. The server Myla was so pleasant and offered great customer service- very welcoming as soon as we walked in the door and served full cups of ice cream with fresh toppings! I am a usual customer here. Since they were closed early this time, even if their website says they closed by 8pm, but today I called to the store and ask their employee at what time they closed and she say 7 pm and I get there 6:54, she already closed and start cleaning. I was trying to talk to her and remind she ways saying 7pm a few minutes ago, but she don’t want to give me attention to talk she just say closed! This is so sad. The description of the ingredients in the ice cream cupcake on the company's website, Door Dash, and Uber Eats for the Ice Cream Cupcake Variety 6 Pack ingredients is very misleading. When I ordered these ice cream cupcakes there was a description under the lid of the package which described all of the ingredients on each cupcake: High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated vegetable oil were the leading culprits along with every type of sugar, corn syrup, and artificial flavors. I expected sugar from Real ice cream but not the other fake ingredients. It would have been nice if they put the description of the cupcakes on their website as they put it underneath the package on the lid of the cupcakes so that I was allowed the option to see what the ingredients were in the food BEFORE my purchase from the store. There's whipped cream on top of the ice cream cupcakes so that may account for artificial ingredients. The 2 stars given are because the kids who ate them enjoyed the taste of the ice cream cupcakes. * Note: this purchase was made by me via Door Dash.

Horrible hours, closes at “8pm” when most people are just arriving to or finishing their dinner, went the other day 15mins before they allegedly close and multiple people were turned away by staff saying they were closed for the day. Used to be open as late as 10pm I believe. We went to the Ben and Jerry’s just 2mins away instead apparently they enjoy taking their turned away customers often 😂 and were all very friendly go their instead of wasting your time.

This location lacks the concept of customer service. I made an order for the peanut perfection but before I got a notice that it was confirmed, they had already made the ice cream. I called to make an change due to being sensitive to their chocolate ice cream but response I received from Priscilla and Hilda (Manager) was that the creation has Reese's peanut butter cup, like I didn’t know this fact already. Last time I checked I have the allergies and sensitivity. Also, after asking can switch due to the fact that you made the ice cream first before even confirming that it was accepted. I thought that it was closed because states that it closes at 8PM but when I got the email that it was confirmed, I called immediately to make the change but according to them, they have already made it and I would need to order it again to trash the other. Also, after finishing up conversation, Priscilla was about to say, “ I have other customers to attend to but decided to not finish the remaining of her sentence to get me off the phone. This order wasn’t just a two scoop order, I usually order a quart of ice cream for my family. This is always a request I make and this is the first time I got this type of response.

Usually love Cold Stone. We weren’t greeted when my wife and I walked in. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes and weren’t addressed by an employee at all. Ended up just leaving. Should have gone to Moorenko’s
