The young lady working was very efficient, very nice & Did a good job. this was 1-31 -24 about 5pm. Very friendly. However the mount of Icecream in my 2 Gotta have its' was lacking for this size. More like a love it amount. Anyway your ice cream is great & I buy alot, and still will. But you need to figure out the proper amount of icecream.to put in. Thanks. The guy working today was very sweet and helpful. I don't come here very often and he answered all my questions. He was very talkative and said he's only been here a few months he did an amazing job when they got busy he was alone but wasn't flustered. I think his name wasJake? I didn't get a good look at his name tag.

My wife and I arrived at 8:56. This place is open until 9:00. The employee told us, "Hey guys, we close at 9, and since we have these people in front of you (two people), you guys are going to have to go." Then she waved her hand for us to leave. So, after driving 20 minutes to get ice cream, we had to go somewhere else. WOW!

Wildly understaffed for a store on the main college street by the campus. Out of most flavors and employees were over rushed with a line out the door.

We stopped by Coldstone yesterday to get a little treat, including a pint to take home for later, which I understandably didn't open in the store because I trust that when I order a whole pint I will get a whole pint of ice cream. I should have opened it in store because when we opened the pint yo have some later the container was almost half empty.

Visited on 6/10/23 between 1:30pm-1:45pm. Staff was friendly & efficient. Only downside is the prices for what you get. $6 + tax for a small dish.

I ordered the peanut butter/chocolate ice-cream cake. I messed up the order pick-up day. So I called the next day and they were able to meet my pick-up day. It only was an hour later than originally planned, which was great! It was Delicious!

The best ice cream I have had at Cold Stone. The heath, caramel, almond in French vanilla was the best!
